Managing Director–Wealth Management
Geoff has spent his entire working career serving the wealth management needs of his clients. He entered the business upon his graduation from Harvard University in 1976, and has spent a majority of those years since at UBS and its predecessor firms. Geoff has been invited to serve on various UBS committees, including UBS's Sustainable Investing Council, one of his strong personal and professional interests.
Over the years Geoff has served on a number of other boards and councils, including the MIT List Visual Arts Center, where he currently chairs its Advisory Council. Others include New England Foundation for the Arts (former treasurer and investment committee), Fund for the Arts, Now+There (chairman), and the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway (art council and investment committee). Geoff also co-founded a public art wall in Central Square, Cambridge, that was recently named by an NPR affiliate as the 4th best work of public art in the Greater Boston Area, 11 spots ahead of the Bunker Hill Monument.
An avid art collector, Geoff is also a conceptual artist and photographer who has shown work at a number of art fairs and galleries. He had his first solo exhibition at Montserrat College of Art in 2010, was the featured artist by Société Perrier at Pulse Miami in 2011, and exhibited at Moniker in London the same year. His work has been collected by various institutions, including the Andy Warhol Museum, Pittsburgh, the Cornell Fine Arts Museum at Rollins College, and the Hood Museum of Art at Dartmouth College. His photographs have appeared in a number of books and publications.

Justin joined UBS in 2005 after receiving his BS in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University. He focuses on the challenges associated with concentrated holdings and specializes in the development of customized equity sales strategies for founders, executives and directors of publicly traded companies. Justin also helps his clients work through goal-based financial planning and the implementation of estate and legacy strategies.
In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and snowboarding. He is also an avid cyclist and is a multi-year supporter of and participant in the Pan Mass Challenge. He currently resides in Winchester, MA with his wife and two children.

Erica is a Team Administrator at UBS Private Wealth Management in Boston. Erica's primary responsibilities include overseeing all operational and administrative aspects of the business and managing client services. Erica graduated from Bentley University in May 2008, earning a degree of Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics and currently resides with her husband and two young daughters in Andover. She supports Boston Broadway and in her free time, enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her family.

Jill joined UBS Private Wealth Management in 2018 as a Client Services Associate. She previously worked as Assistant Director of Admission at Phillips Exeter Academy and the Ashley Hall School. Jill received her BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College in 2013. Jill resides in Salem with her husband and Chester their Portuguese Water dog. She enjoys running, hiking and spending time with family in Barnstable.

Stephen joined UBS in 2018 as part of the Wealth Planning Associate program and has since become a Financial Advisor. He focuses on understanding the goals of individual clients to develop a comprehensive financial and estate planning strategy. By understanding the goals of a client Stephen is then able to craft an effective, personalized asset allocation strategy that meets clients’ needs while avoiding unnecessary risk.
Stephen became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ in 2020. He received his master's degree in accounting from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His bachelor's degree is from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts.
In his free time, you can find Stephen on the water, skiing in NH, or on the field playing soccer. Stephen lives in Hamilton with his wife, daughter and their two border collie mixes.
