Because of her genuine interest in people, Louise Gunderson has distinguished herself as one of UBS’s most successful Financial Advisors and is the top female at the firm. She brings more than 40 years of experience helping sophisticated clients meet their most meaningful—and often complex—personal wealth goals. Louise provides advice and solutions beyond investing to address all areas of her clients’ lives— from investment management and asset allocation, to longevity and multigenerational estate planning, as well as banking and real estate financing.
A wealth manager with extensive banking and investment experience
Prior to joining UBS, Louise spent 6 years with Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management as a Managing Director of Investments. Her experience also includes 10 years with Bernstein Investment Research and Management, serving as a Senior Financial Advisor and Principal, managing over $1 billion of client assets. She previously spent 18 years at Chemical Bank in its credit, private banking and retail divisions, as well as 5 years as head of private banking at Republic National Bank and Banca della Svizzera Italiana (BSI).
Outside of UBS
Louise resides in Manhattan and Southampton and has two daughters, Laura and Nina. She actively serves on the Northwell Health Auxiliary for Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. She is a member of C200, which is a community of the most successful women in business driven to advance current and future female leaders. In addition, Louise is a senior mentor for the UBS women’s network. She is an active alumnus with her alma mater Trinity University in Washington, DC, and has served on the Wake Forest Parent’s Council and Duke University’s Cancer Center board. She plays golf and tennis, enjoys traveling, and loves to cook and share her recipes with clients and friends.

By joining The Gunderson Group, Nina adds a multigenerational dimension to the team. As a Financial Advisor, Nina works with families and the team to create customized investment plans to help grow and protect clients’ wealth. These plans focus on ensuring clients will be able to meet their needs for the future they envision for themselves and their families. Because deep and meaningful relationships are a true differentiator across the entire team, Nina focuses on connecting with the next generation. By doing so, she can further reassure clients that the team is a resource for their entire family.

Nina brings to The Gunderson Group a passion for working with clients and UBS. She earned the opportunity to participate in the firm’s highly selective, two-year Graduate Talent Program and has worked across the firm. Over the two years, she gained firsthand experience with clients and UBS professionals in areas such as wealth management research, advanced planning and field development. Nina developed an expertise in millennials and their behavior as it pertains to investing, creating tailored content to increase the generation’s level of financial literacy.

Nina is committed to giving back to the community. She helped found the Wake Forest Emerging Leaders Board and sits on the Wake Forest New York Alumni Board, as well as New York’s Chapin School Alumnae Development Committee and The New Leadership Council for Lenox Hill Hospital. She also enjoys photography and travel, having visited 25 countries to date. With a passion for sports, Nina is an avid runner for the New York Athletic Club and enjoys golf, field hockey and tennis. She lives in Manhattan.

Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Bryce’s primary focus is providing clients with customized investment solutions and formal financial planning. Combining his passion for investing with his attention to detail, his role is to analyze all aspects of the portfolio and prepare tailored advice based on each client’s personal objectives.
He is responsible for investment due diligence, understanding the fundamentals of each investment and recognizing opportunities. Bryce also leads the team investment committees, which review market conditions, consider new investments and set individual asset allocations.
Bryce creates customized financial plans to help each client quantify their financial goals and analyze their financial situation. This provides a road map leading up to and through retirement and allows our team to better understand each client’s unique financial picture. The process provides an efficient and truly holistic advisory approach that carries through to the transition of your wealth to the next generation.
Bryce was previously an investment associate with a boutique hedge fund, LC Management. Prior to that, he was an account executive with Worldwide Wealth Management, handling portfolios for high net worth individuals.
In addition to being a varsity lightweight crew team member, Bryce graduated with a B.A. in economics and mathematics from Columbia University. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM.
A native of Ontario, Canada, Bryce currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife, Maria, and his children Chloe and Davis.

Team Business Manager
As the team’s Head of Operations, Nancy is committed to providing a white-glove client experience. Her areas of responsibilities include account opening and transfers, disbursement requests, implementation of asset allocations and trading. In addition, she helps find unique solutions to client needs, such as securities-backed lending and letters of credit.
With over 14 years of industry experience that began on the institutional desk at Bear Stearns, Nancy’s attention to detail, pursuit of perfection and genuine passion for people have fostered her close relationships and trust with her clients. Nancy is also one of an elite group of her peers to create the Coach Network. She continues to mentor 15 Client Associates. She was nominated to represent her office at the annual leadership conference where she had met with UBS senior management and share her feedback and insight.
Nancy is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton where she earned a B.S. in financial economics. She is also fluent in Chinese. Outside of UBS, Nancy enjoys snowboarding and cycling. She lives in Long Island, NY with her husband, John, and their daughter Amelia.

Client Associate
As a Client Service Associate, Annemarie is dedicated to delivering comprehensive service to our valued clients by attending to their account management needs, essential to the white-glove tailored client experience. Her responsibilities include executing requests for capital, account opening and maintenance, processing transfers, and any additional account related administrative matters.
Prior to joining UBS, Annemarie held the position of Client Relationship Manager, while working with a Managing Director at American Portfolios. She brings with her over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, providing high level client support and cultivating close client relationships with high net worth families and individuals.
Annemarie attended Baruch College with a concentration in Business Management. She has been recognized as a Partner in Education for her work with Virtual Enterprises International, mentoring and training New York City high school student interns in anticipation of their entering the professional business world. She is an avid fisherwoman with a love for the outdoors, who counts snowboarding and cycling among her hobbies. A native New Yorker, Annemarie currently resides on Long Island.
Client Associate
Nicollette is responsible for all day-to-day administrative duties, works closely with the team on portfolio reviews and provides excellent client service, assisting with any client requests and queries. Efficient and detail-oriented, she confirms and oversees all scheduled client reviews. Her oversight of this process ensures that each client is receiving the service they deserve.
Always focused on deepening clients’ experience and relationships with the team, Nicollette manages all marketing and communications initiatives. She provides creative client outreach solutions and is also the team’s main coordinator for planning and organizing client events.
Nicollette graduated from Fairfield University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing as well as a Masters in Business Administration. While at Fairfield, Nicollette played on the Division 1 Women’s Lacrosse team. She contributed to four conference championships and set a program record for her position. In her free time, Nicollette enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. A New Yorker born and raised, Nicollette currently resides on Long Island.

Andrew focuses on providing holistic financial planning for our clients. He specializes in building a tailored strategy centered on their values and goals. Andrew recently earned the CERTIFIED
FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation. His responsibilities also include capital raises, fund disbursements, portfolio allocations and investment due diligence.
Before joining The Gunderson Group, Andrew spent three years on a private wealth management team based in Boston, MA. He recently returned to New York, his home state. Prior to joining UBS, Andrew worked as a retirement brokerage associate at Fidelity Investments, where he came to appreciate the complexities of comprehensive financial planning.
Andrew graduated from Bates College with a B.A. in history. He worked in the office of admission giving tours, information sessions, and interviews for prospective students. In his free time, Andrew enjoys watching and playing soccer, golf, and most recently, pickleball. He is also an avid reader who is always looking for his next book. Andrew currently resides in Queens with his partner, Maya.
