Dan has been working in the financial services
industry for over 25 years. He delivers
comprehensive wealth management by assisting
clients with financial and income planning, estate
planning, charitable giving, legacy planning, debt
management and insurance.

Dan began his career as an Advisor with Piper
Jaffray in June of 1993 and continued to work
with the firm through UBS's acquisition of Piper
Jaffray's Private Client Services business in 2006.

Dan grew up on a farm in Glencoe, Minnesota, fifty miles west of
Minneapolis. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from
Minnesota State University, Mankato with an emphasis on Finance
and Economics.

Dan's community service and volunteerism includes membership on
the Board of Trustees and Finance Committee for Simpson Housing
Services, over ten years of service on the Investment Committee at
Delasalle High School where he manages their endowment fund, and
active involvement with his church, St. Thomas the Apostle.

Dan and his wife, Denise reside in Minneapolis, and have three grown
children Ellison, Jack and Mary.

My professional achievements and education

Jack graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2016 with a
degree in Business Administration. His career began as a Financial
Advisor Assistant with a local Ameriprise Financial team in 2015 and
later joined Ameriprise home office upon graduating. At home office,
he took on roles in Mutual Fund Operations and as a Margin Desk
Specialist. Jack started off 2020 by joining the Wealth Advice Center at
UBS Headquarters in Weehawken, NJ. While there, he became a fully
licensed Financial Advisor receiving the SIE, Series 7 and 66 certifications. Jack worked
with clients on investment and retirement planning. In 2022 he joined
his father, Dan Griep, and Hannah Young as their business partner.

Outside the office
Jack lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife, Laura. He enjoys a
competitive match of tennis and spending time at the family lake
cabin.

Hannah graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Applied Mathematics and began her career in financial services in 2014. She worked as a Client Service Associate on a team that specialized in helping women through financial transition. In 2017, she joined UBS and later transitioned to a Wealth Planning Associate role where she worked alongside Financial Advisors throughout the Midwest delivering comprehensive financial plans to clients. While in that role she earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER_TM certification. In addition to the CFP®, she holds the AWMA®, Minnesota and California Insurance Licenses, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Hannah and her husband Joe live in Saint Paul with their sons, Charlie and Connor. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to their cabin in Danbury, WI and playing golf.

Brittany believes wealth management at its core is the process for helping people achieve their goals and is passionate about providing a high level of service. She handles daily client-related activities, including account opening, account maintenance, banking services, and cash flow management. She also coordinates with attorneys, CPAs, and resources within UBS Financial Services Inc. to help clients implement various strategies.

Brittany has been with UBS since 2010 and has proudly served as a member of the Client Service Associate (CSA) Advisory Council for the firm’s Central Division (2017-2018) and a CSA coach (2013-2019).

Brittany and her husband, Jordan, and their son live in Hudson, Wisconsin. She enjoys traveling, boating, and camping.

Cole graduated from Iowa State University in 2022 with a degree in Finance. After graduation he began his career at Ameriprise Advisor Center where he received his SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 certifications. He worked as a Client Service Associate at Ameriprise before joining Griep Wealth Management in the summer of 2023. Cole lives in Minnetonka, MN with his dog Rebel. He enjoys playing pickleball, attending Minnesota sports games and spending weekends at his family cabin in Cumberland, Wisconsin
