As part of our group’s comprehensive financial advisory services, Daniel focuses on helping clients prepare for the transition of selling a business and provides advice on investments, retirement, and estate planning. Daniel is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) with the Exit Planning Institute.
Daniel is passionate about guiding individuals, families, and entrepreneurs toward achieving and maintaining financial independence. Daniel is actively involved in many organizations within his local community and is most proud of his role on the Board of Directors at The Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont.
Daniel and his wife Sissy have six children, Henry, Archie, Walt, Bert, Dutch, and Duke. Daniel enjoys playing tennis, woodworking projects, coaching youth sports, and is a blackbelt in Isshin-ryu Karate.

Wealth Strategy Associate
As a Wealth Strategy Associate with The Green Group at UBS, Nick Favaro works with successful families, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to help them navigate the complexities of wealth. He draws on the extensive resources of UBS and The Green Group’s disciplined planning process to deliver thoughtful, customized strategies that evolve with each client’s goals and life transitions.
Nick serves on The Green Group’s investment committee, where he plays a key role in portfolio construction and ongoing strategy—ensuring client portfolios remain aligned with market dynamics, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives. His prior experience in both customer and financial services has honed his ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and support multigenerational relationships with care and precision.
He holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as life and health insurance licenses, which allow him to support clients with a wide range of wealth planning needs—from investment strategy and risk management to insurance solutions and legacy planning.
A Knoxville native and graduate of Transylvania University, Nick was a collegiate soccer player whose discipline and competitive spirit continue to shape his approach to client service. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing soccer, hiking East Tennessee’s trails, fishing, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.

Registered Client Associate
As part of our team, Jonah is focused on helping ensure that we at The Green Group provide an excellent client experience. He is committed to lending a helping hand to our clients when needed and giving them back their most precious resource, time. Prior to joining our team, Jonah gained entrepreneurial experience through the creation and operation of a landscaping business as well as becoming a licensed Realtor, using those endeavors to provide for himself through high school and college. These experiences provide a unique sense of relatability for our business owner and young entrepreneurial clients, allowing him to provide an enhanced and credible level of service. Jonah has obtained his Series 7 and 66 licenses to be able to better serve our clients and allow us to focus on growth.
Jonah is a lifelong Knoxville local who you are sure to see in Neyland Stadium cheering on his Volunteers. Jonah graduated from The University of Tennessee with a degree in Finance with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Outside of the office, you can usually find him on the golf course playing a round with his friends or out on the lake fishing.

As part of our team, Tyler is focused on helping ensure that our clients receive a seamless, attentive service experience. He is committed to supporting our clients' lives by managing their day-to-day needs efficiently - allowing clients to focus on what matters most. Tyler brings a detail-oriented, service-driven approach to every interaction while maintaining high standards.
Prior to joining the group, Tyler began his professional career at F&M Bank, where he developed a strong foundation in client service, attention to detail, and financial operations. He later served as our Office Administrator for the larger UBS Knoxville office, supporting multiple financial advisory teams and their clients. In that role, Tyler gained hands-on experience coordinating client service, managing operational processes, and serving as a key point of contact to help deliver a high standard of care in a fast-paced wealth management environment. He holds both the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, enabling him to provide knowledgeable support and contribute to the team’s continued growth.
Tyler is originally from Chattanooga, but Knoxville has already become his home. He graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in General Management. Outside of the office, he enjoys expanding his library with his wife Haley, staying up to date with anything Marvel or DC comics, and playing with his two dogs, Ace and Moose.
