Mr. Dilbone joined Gradison in 1990 and UBS in 2007. He has over 25 years of investment experience. He manages the portfolios of individual and institutional clients and oversees the quantitative equity investment process. Steve was a manager of the Victory Ohio Tax-Free Income, Victory Established Value and Victory Small Company Funds. He was appointed head of Gradison Asset Management in 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Steve was a Vice President at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. He holds a BS in Finance from Miami University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Jeff began his career as a Financial Advisor in the Fall of 1988 with Kidder Peabody and has enjoyed spending his entire career with the same firm (Kidder Peabody was acquired by UBS). Jeff, a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky, attended Newport Central Catholic, graduated from Duke University and went on to earn his MBA from Xavier University. Jeff and his wife are blessed with two beautiful children with which they enjoy travel and many local activities. Jeff is an active coach and volunteer for Newport Central Catholic and their parish, St. Thomas. His practice consists of individual clients, corporations and non-profits located in 31 states and territories and holds Series 3, 7 and 63 licenses.
Andrew joined UBS in 2022 where he quickly transitioned to the role of Financial Advisor. He specializes in implementing tailored investment solutions and developing client financial plans. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a Regional Vice President of Mutual Fund Sales at Touchstone Investments. He holds his series 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses as well as his Life, Accident and Health Insurances Licenses. Additionally, he has attained the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation as well as the Certified Financial Planner® designation. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University.
Seth joined UBS in 2017, where he advises business owners, corporate executives, and wealthy families through the complexities of multigenerational wealth, cash flow management, investment management, retirement planning and tax planning strategies. He holds the Certified Financial Planner®, Certified Private Wealth Advisor®, Certified Exit Planning Advisor®, and Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorTM designations. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in finance and business economics, Seth lives in Cincinnati with his wife, Sara, and their two sons, Eli and Jack. Outside of the office, he enjoys golf, basketball, billiards, skiing, travel and live music.
Gary began his career as an administrative assistant at Gradison in 2004. Gary obtained his Certified Financial Planner® designation in 2011, and now serves as a Wealth Strategy Associate. Gary assists clients in the personal financial planning process and is well-versed in effective retirement and income strategies. Gary holds a B.S. in Finance from Miami University. Gary is an avid traveler, chef, and enjoys playing golf and basketball. Gary currently holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses as well as the CFP® designation.
Spencer graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance. He currently holds the SIE, Series 7 & 66, and Life & Health Insurance Licenses.
Outside of UBS, Spencer enjoys various activities such as golf, working out, and cheering on the University of Kentucky Wildcats.
Alex graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in International Studies & Arabic. She has been in the financial industry since 2019. She currently holds the Series 6, 7, 63 and 66 as well as her insurance licenses. Outside of work, Alex enjoys reading, traveling, and all things sports.
Alec is from Cincinnati originally where he attended Moeller High School. He went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree in finance as well as an MBA from Bellarmine University. While at Bellarmine, he was captain of the Division I men’s basketball team. Most recently Alec was a Client Associate on a team at Morgan Stanley. He has obtained both his Series 7 and 66 licenses. In his free time Alec enjoys golfing, being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on his hometown teams, the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals.
