An industry veteran since 2002, Rachel is one of the partners and co-founder of Gottlieb Rose Wealth Management and a UBS Managing Director, a title reserved for a handful of business leaders around the globe.
As one of UBS’s elite Private Wealth Advisors, Rachel has completed comprehensive training in financial planning, asset allocation and wealth planning strategies.
Rachel is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) practitioner and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ (CDFA™) and has the expertise to help clients make well-informed financial decisions pre- and post-divorce.
Rachel was appointed to the influential UBS Financial Advisor Advisory Council (FAAC) in 2021. The FAAC, a select group of 14 Financial Advisors who represent all UBS Advisors, addresses the critical issues and concerns that ultimately help Advisors better serve their clients. Her professional licenses include the Series 7, 31, and 66, as well as the Life, Accident and Health Insurance license and Variable Annuities.
Rachel is the author of Zac's Dollar Dilemma, a book that teaches children to spend, save, give, and invest. She has spent time with children in schools, bookfairs, and recently helped with BlackRock’s Bring Your Kid to Work Day. She also dedicates her time as a volunteer for Savvy Ladies, a financial advice hotline for women.
Rachel has a BS in Finance & Marketing from Lehigh University. Rachel lives in Westchester with her husband, Josh and two children, Zac and Lexi.

An industry veteran since 1999, William is one of the senior advisors of Gottlieb Rose Wealth Management and a UBS Managing Director - Wealth Management, a title reserved for a handful of business leaders around the globe.
As one of UBS's elite Private Wealth Advisors, William has completed comprehensive training in financial planning, asset allocation and wealth planning strategies.
William's professional licenses include the Series 7 and 66, as well as licenses for Life, Accident and Health Insurance and Variable Annuities.
His bachelor's degree is in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Outside of the office, Will is very active in the community, having held various positions at New York Chapter of the Crohns and Colitis Foundation, including President, Vice President, and currently Treasurer. In 2018, William was honored at the annual Crohn's and Colitis Foundation Gala as the "Man of the Year." Will is also involved in the Bergen County, N.J. chapter of UJA.
He spends his free time coaching his children's sports team and training at CrossFit.
He lives in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey with his wife, Devyn, sons, Jagger and Bodie and dog Nova.

As our Wealth Strategy Associate, Kayla's primary focus is providing outstanding service to our clients. She works closely with the team to provide timely execution of trades and product updates. Kayla works seamlessly with the firms trading desks, conducts manager due diligence and monitors new investment offerings from the firm.
Kayla began her financial services career with UBS Financial Services in 2011. She is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.A. in Finance. She lives in Brooklyn and enjoys seeing jazz shows, traveling, and enjoying the company of family and friends. In addition, she holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 designations.

Elisabeth Traupman joined UBS Financial Services in 2021 and brings over fifteen years of corporate and financial services experience to the Gottlieb Rose Wealth Management team.
Working primarily with affluent individuals and families, Elisabeth specializes in financial planning, insurance, and lending. She is dedicated to helping clients build more than a financial plan, but also a life plan focused on their individual goals and needs. Beyond investment management, Elisabeth understands that clients want superior service and holistic wealth management that is centered on their individual financial situation.
Elisabeth resides in Greenwich, CT with her husband, Gabe. She studied Finance at Villanova University and Wagner College and has earned Series 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses as well as her life/health insurance license. Outside of work, Elisabeth enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

As one of the CSA's in our group, Kasten works hand in hand with each client to accomplish requests with ease in a timely fashion. Kasten has an in-depth knowledge of how to perform a variety of different tasks and focuses on client service and experience.
Kasten attended SUNY Albany, where he studied Finance and Management. After graduation, Kasten worked at AXA Advisors, where he earned his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. In the winter, he enjoys traveling the country to snowboard. In the summer, he spends his time boating, wakeboarding, and heading to the beach with friends and family.
