Financial Advisor
An industry veteran since 2002, Rachel is one of two senior advisors of Gottlieb Rose Wealth Management and a Managing Director. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ (CDFA™).
Over the course of her career, Rachel has worked with Grammy award-winning artists and entertainers and professional athletes. As a NFLPA Institutional Financial Advisor with the National Football Leagues Player Association and a Athletes and Entertainer's Consultant (AEC), Rachel works in partnership with the UBS Sports and Entertainment team to provide holistic financial advice and guidance to help clients build financial futures and create a lasting legacy.
With her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ (CDFA™) designation, Rachel also works closely with clients to make well-informed financial decisions pre- and post-divorce.
Rachel was appointed to the influential UBS Financial Advisor Advisory Council (FAAC) in 2021. The FAAC, a select group of 14 Financial Advisors who represent all UBS Advisors, addresses the critical issues and concerns that ultimately help Advisors better serve their clients. Her professional licenses include the Series 7, 31, and 66, as well as the Life, Accident and Health Insurance license and Variable Annuities.
Rachel is the author of Zac's Dollar Dilemma, a book that teaches children to spend, save, give, and invest. She has also spent time with children in schools and at bookfairs. She also dedicates her time as a volunteer for Savvy Ladies, a financial advice hotline for women.
Rachel has a BS in Finance & Marketing from Lehigh University. Rachel lives in Westchester with her husband, Josh and two children, Zac and Lexi.

Over the past 20 + years, William has worked with Grammy award-winning artists and entertainers and professional athletes. As a NFLPA Institutional Financial Advisor with the National Football Leagues Player Association and a Athletes and Entertainer's Consultant (AEC), William works in partnership with the UBS Sports and Entertainment team to provide holistic financial advice and guidance to help clients build financial futures and create a lasting legacy.
William's professional licenses include the Series 7 and 66, as well as licenses for Life, Accident and Health Insurance and Variable Annuities.
His bachelor's degree is in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Outside of the office, Will is very active in the community, having held various positions at New York Chapter of the Crohns and Colitis Foundation, including President, Vice President, and currently Treasurer. In 2018, William was honored at the annual Crohn's and Colitis Foundation Gala as the "Man of the Year." Will is also involved in the Bergen County, N.J. chapter of UJA.
He spends his free time coaching his children's sports team and training at CrossFit.
He lives in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey with his wife, Devyn, sons, Jagger and Bodie and dog Nova.

Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Kayla joined Gottlieb Rose Wealth Management in 2017 and brings over 14 years of experience to her role on the team. As a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate, she works with clients to create customized financial plans to grow and protect their wealth.
Kayla spearheads due diligence efforts in developing customized investment solutions and wealth planning strategies that meet our clients specific financial goals and objectives.
She graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Finance. Her licenses include the Series 7, 63 and 65. Kayla lives in Brooklyn with her husband and enjoys seeing live music, being outdoors and traveling.
Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Relationship Manager
As one of the Senior Wealth Strategy Associates and Relationship Managers in our group, Kasten works hand in hand with each client to accomplish requests with ease in a timely fashion. Kasten has an in-depth knowledge of how to perform a variety of different tasks and focuses on client service and experience.
Kasten attended SUNY Albany, where he studied Finance and Management. After graduation, Kasten worked at AXA Advisors, where he earned his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. In the winter, he enjoys traveling the country to snowboard. In the summer, he spends his time boating, wakeboarding, and heading to the beach with friends and family.

Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Julia joined UBS as an Advisory Investment Specialist in 2020. In her role she assisted Financial Advisors with portfolio construction, asset allocation and manager search and selection. Prior to joining UBS, Julia worked at Deutsche Bank as an Investment Analyst in their Wealth Management division.
She graduated Cum Laude from Miami University with a B.A. in Finance. Her professional licenses include the Series 7 and 66 designations.
She lives in New York City with her fiancé and enjoys skiing, traveling and is involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York and CURE Epilepsy.
Registered Client Service Associate
Mary joined UBS Financial Services as a Registered Client Service Associate in 2022. Prior to joining UBS, Mary was a Client Relationship Associate at Vanguard. She graduated with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Urban Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. She now resides in New York City and enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
Mary's professional licenses include the Series 7, Series 66, and Series 63 as well as the Life, Accident, & Health Insurance license.
