Financial Advisor
Rich has been in practice for more than 35 years and is the founder of the Gendelman McGinley Group. Prior to UBS, Rich was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Smith Barney. He was a multi-year member of that firm's Director's Council and served on a select committee of advisors whose input was sought in Smith Barney's merger and integration with Shearson Lehman in 1994. He moved his practice from Smith Barney to UBS Financial Services in 2008. Rich brings a comprehensive and integrated perspective to clients in the areas of investment management, retirement planning, private wealth transfer, legacy planning, charitable strategies, and liability planning. Because of his background and advice, he has built a select client base.
As a member of the UBS Political Action Committee, Rich meets periodically in Washington, D.C. with senior members of the Senate and House to discuss issues important to investors. Over his career, Rich has been featured in numerous financial publications and has been a guest on CBS Local News, providing analysis and insight on financial issues and tax reform. He was chosen to serve on a panel of international professionals which analyzed what led to the financial collapse of 2008 at a Temple University School of Law conference titled “Complexity and Collapse: The Credit Crisis.”
Rich taught undergraduate and graduate accounting, investments, international business finance and taxation at Temple University and Philadelphia University. He is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Temple Law Alumni Association and a past board member of Kensington Hospital. In his free time he is an avid sports fan and enjoys reading, exercising, travel and spending time with family and friends.

With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Christine shares responsibility for the team’s overall private wealth management and devotes much of her time to the unique needs of corporate executives. She also assists corporate clients in assessing strategies for retirement planning needs and various employee incentive programs.
Christine joined UBS Financial Service, Inc. in 2008. She began her career in 1983 with the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. She worked at Smith Barney for more than 20 years. Outside the office, Christine enjoys travel and spending time with her family.

Buddy joined UBS Financial Services in 2008 in Hunt Valley, MD, and has served in Southern New Jersey since November of 2011. He entered the financial services industry in 1988 with Legg Mason and later joined Morgan Stanley, where he served as a Financial Advisor and as Branch Manager in Harrisburg, PA and Baltimore, MD. He then worked at Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. in management roles in that firm’s Baltimore and Washington, DC locations.
A native of Falls Church, VA, Buddy and his wife, Cecile, now live in Haddonfield, NJ with their daughter, Ana, and sons, Will and Jack. He is active in his local community in various volunteer and coaching capacities. In his spare time , Buddy enjoys cycling, sports, outdoor activities and spending time with his family at the Jersey Shore.

Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Dan joined the team in 2012 from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. His responsibilities include developing tailored client solutions, complex financial plans, and assisting portfolio managers.
Actively involved with the Rotary Club of Mt. Laurel, Dan has served as its President. In his free time, he enjoys travelling and spending time with his lovely wife Erica, family, and friends.
