The global access of Private Wealth Management
We understand the complexity of multigenerational family wealth. As Private Wealth Advisors, we start with open conversations about your goals, your values and the future you envision for your family. We look at how your assets and liabilities integrate with all the complexities of your business ventures, your family needs and your legacy objectives. That’s how we provide the advice and access to the custom solutions you need.
With deep access to the resources of UBS, we are focused on helping you preserve wealth, unlock opportunity and create continuity. UBS’s extensive history working with exceptional families around the globe provides our team with insights, thought leadership and a network of wealth specialists across the firm:
In our practice, we’ve found that many business owners may focus more on the transaction than planning their personal exit. A sound estate planning strategy may help reduce your taxable estate. Many may not have prepared themselves emotionally for taking this major step. We help business owners, early-stage founders and their families minimize risk and optimize their sale.
We understand the emotions that come with owning, growing and finally deciding to step away from your business—the biggest investment of your life. That’s why we work with you and your family throughout the decision-making process to help you develop a personalized plan for managing the transition, whether by succession or exit. Our early-stage involvement and planning conversations enable us to access and deliver all of the resources you need—from within and outside of UBS—to support your business goals as well as long-term wealth preservation and tax planning concerns.
Based on our many client relationships with grandparents, parents and their children, we believe family is at the core of what’s important to them. As a multigenerational team ourselves, our experience spans decades and each of us has gained knowledge that has shaped our perspectives about planning and investing. We want you and your family members of any age to benefit from our generational approach.
Our planning process begins with deep discovery conversations that will fully identify your priorities, goals, concerns and values—all factors that can help prepare the next generation for the responsibilities of carrying on your legacy—and building their own. First and foremost, you’ll find that our advice is based on much more than assets, but on people and how we can work together to help them take care of those they love.
Why do our clients choose to work with us? We believe they feel understood, cared about and important to us—and they are. They also know that we share many of the joys and challenges they face each day as they run businesses, raise families and plan for a fulfilling future. And, should life introduce new circumstances or a change in direction, they are confident that we’re prepared to travel that road with them.
From our commitment to investor education to becoming your phone call of choice when you need guidance, a solution or even a patient listener, we are a truly collaborative team that will help you pursue the goals you have for your life, your family, your business and your finances. It’s what we believe our clients need today, and always. Advice. Beyond investing.
At UBS Private Wealth Management, we believe it’s all about connection. For more than 160 years, we have connected our clients to thought leaders within our firm and throughout the world, and to like-minded peers who share their experiences. This network of experienced professionals and clients informs your thinking, fuels your ambitions and helps you invest for a better world.
