Matt is a seasoned financial professional whose wealth management legacy spans over three decades. He has provided advice to highly successful individuals and their families, public and private companies, and non-profit organizations. His steady hand and reasoned opinions have steered clients safely through the dot.com and housing bubbles, the unprecedented challenges of the Covid outbreak, and subsequent market recoveries. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate today’s unpredictable markets and stay focused on their long-term objectives, plan for the future, and realize their financial goals. Matt and his team embrace the principles of the UBS Wealth Way, and deliver an unwavering commitment to client service and success.

Matt is a graduate of Providence College and serves on their National Board of Overseers and President’s Council. Local volunteering includes many years of coaching and Matt has served on numerous boards and committees on the NH seacoast where he and his wife Shannon raised three daughters. His golf game is a work in progress.

Patrick is dedicated to addressing the unique needs of successful individuals and families. He believes the primary obstacles for many investors to be high investment costs, investor psychology and poor tax and estate planning. Patrick and his team work closely with their clients and outside advisors to mitigate and overcome these issues. In the complicated world that we live in today, Patrick believes the most sophisticated plan is often a simple one. 

Patrick began his financial services career in 2007 at Morgan Stanley before being recruited to UBS in 2015. He has distinguished himself as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. Patrick and his wife Stephanie live in the San Francisco Bay Area with their three children. Outside of the office he enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team and his son’s little league team. 

Armin received a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience with minors in Economics and Spanish from Northeastern University. His passion for financial services stemmed from his fascination of capital markets and investment management. Prior to joining the team at The Gaffney Group, Armin worked in Investment Grade Private Credit at SLC Management.

He grew up in Atlanta and currently resides in Boston. During his free time, Armin enjoys playing soccer, cooking for friends and family as well as traveling around the world. 

Lily is a Client Service Associate with over 15 years of experience across diverse industries with a focus on public relations, sales and marketing. Lily became part of the UBS team in 2022, bringing along six years of banking expertise. She has lived and worked in multiple countries and loves to work with people. Lily studied physics and resides in The Peninsula. In her spare time, she paints and explores Japanese sumi-e painting techniques.
