Mic has over 20 years of financial services experience, joining UBS in 1999. Mic has held many leadership positions at UBS including Sales Manager and Complex Director in Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. In these roles he worked closely with business owners and senior executives and was responsible for a team of 150+ financial advisors managing in excess of $20 Billion in client assets. He was also a three time recipient of the UBS Leadership Recognition Council Award. Mic earned a B.A. from John Carroll University and his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

Mic is an active supporter of numerous organizations including Make-A-Wish, The American Heart Association and Artis-Naples. He has served on the boards of Susan G. Komen of Northeast Ohio, Pepper Pike Civic League, and on the Boler School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board at John Carroll University. He and his wife Hallie have two young daughters and live in Naples. Mic enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid golfer and a lifelong fishing enthusiast.

Tom began his career with UBS in 1979 and is a graduate of Youngstown State University. He holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses in addition to life insurance licenses and 3/31 associated status. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he is an avid golfer and fisherman. Tom is active in a number of community organizations, including service on the board of trustees for St Matthew's House and volunteering for the Red Cross. In addition to their son Mathew, Tom and his wife Julie, have a younger daughter, Molly, who resides in Los Angeles for her career in film production.

Cindy began her career with The Franken Group in 2011, joining us from the Boca Raton UBS office where she was assistant to a team for the past seven years, two at UBS and five at Smith Barney. Cindy graduated from Adelphi University with a degree in psychology and holds her series 7 and 66 securities licenses and is a notary public. Her interests include photography, contemporary literature, riding her tandem bicycle with her new husband, Lew, and healthy cooking. Cindy moved from northwest New Jersey nine years ago and has a son, Michael, who attends college in Boca Raton.
