Senior Vice President–Wealth Management
Financial Advisor
Sean began his career in one of the equity market's most tumultuous months on record—and over the years has helped clients manage their wealth through good times and bad. As a portfolio manager, Sean emphasizes asset allocation with a focus on retirement income planning. Sean's clients benefit from his knowledge having attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designations.
As a CFP® professional Sean had to complete a comprehensive course covering topics such as education planning, retirement planning, investment planning, income tax planning, estate planning, insurance planning and ethics. Anyone can call themselves a financial planner but only those who have fulfilled the certification and renewal requirements of the CFP® board can display the CFP® mark.
As a CIMA® professional, Sean graduated from the Yale School of Management taking a course specifically designed to better construct portfolios for clients. Using different risk metrics and combining behavioral finance, Sean is able to properly navigate the most appropriate portfolio for each client situation.
Having these designations demonstrates Sean's ongoing dedication for knowledge and using that knowledge to benefit clients.
Sean's degree is in management from Cal State Northridge. He and his wife Diana enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, golfing, camping, scuba diving, traveling and enjoying new restaurants with friends and family. They both enjoy serving the community through philanthropic giving and time.
