With over 40 years in financial services, Tim Foster brings extensive expertise in guiding professionals through retirement planning and wealth management. Tim co-founded The Foster Kavanaugh Wealth Management Group with Casey Kavanaugh at Merrill Lynch, focusing on P&G employees and their families. After 26 successful years at Merrill Lynch, they transitioned the team to UBS in 2016.
As the team leader, Tim guides the day-to-day and long-term vision of the team. Tim works closely with prospective and new clients to ensure they feel confident and well-informed as they approach retirement. He specializes in uncovering opportunities, tailoring strategies, and delivering experience-backed advice on portfolio management, cash flow planning, and comprehensive reviews. Known for his approachable style and dedication, Tim builds lasting relationships grounded in trust and clarity.
Tim graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance) and earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 2003. Outside of work, Tim enjoys tennis, golf, following collegiate sports, traveling, and spending time with his wife Becky and their three daughters – Amanda, Sarah, and Ellie – along with his granddaughter, Elena.

Casey Kavanaugh has been helping clients navigate their financial lives for more than 40 years. His career began in 1985 at PNC Bank as a manager and bank officer, where he developed a strong foundation in financial services. Later, Casey joined Merrill Lynch and partnered with Tim Foster to form The Foster Kavanaugh Wealth Management Group—a team dedicated to guiding Procter & Gamble professionals through retirement and beyond. In 2016, they moved the practice to UBS.
Casey leads the team in ensuring every client receives exceptional service. He focuses on designing and maintaining investment strategies as well as managing cash flow and adapting plans as life changes. Clients trust Casey for his thoughtful approach and ability to simplify complex decisions, making big decisions less overwhelming and more empowering.
Casey graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. in Business Administration. Away from the office, he enjoys fishing, playing the piano, and cheering on Ohio State football. Most of all, Casey values time with his wife Amy, their three daughters – Megan, Chelsea, and Erin – and his three grandchildren.

Amanda Paulik joined The Foster Kavanaugh Wealth Management Group in 2019, bringing a strong foundation in accounting and tax strategy to the team. She began her career at a big 4 accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP- then earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2019. Amanda ultimately decided to transition to UBS so that she could work closer with clients to provide proactive, personalized guidance that makes a meaningful impact.
Amanda is the team’s primary financial planner. She has extensive knowledge of Procter & Gamble’s retirement programs and awards—including STAR, LTIP, and PSP—and uses her expertise to design tailored strategies. Her role includes developing comprehensive financial plans, managing tax efficient planning, and ensuring a smooth transition for our new retirees.
Amanda graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. Amanda lives in Cincinnati with her husband Michael—owner of Cincy Barn Doors, LLC—and their daughter, Elena. She loves spending time outdoors walking, boating, and taking Elena to the playground.

Chelsea Kavanaugh Lazarus joined The Foster Kavanaugh Wealth Management Group in 2022. She began her career at Fidelity Investments in 2019 where she specialized in workplace plans, guiding clients through contribution, investment, and distribution strategies. During that time, Chelsea became well-versed in simplifying complex financial topics and helping individuals build confidence in their long-term financial success.
Chelsea plays an essential role in preparing detailed financial plans, organizing educational events for clients, and supporting the team wherever needed. Her dedication ensures that clients feel informed, comfortable, and assured that their financial future is secure and well-managed.
Chelsea graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. She lives in Maineville with her husband, Ben, and their dog, Milo. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys skiing, playing sand volleyball, and exploring new places with family and friends. As a proud Buckeye, she’s also an avid OSU football fan.

For more than 25 years, Lisa McIntyre has been an integral part of The Foster Kavanaugh Wealth Management Group. She began her career with Tim and Casey at Merrill Lynch and transitioned with the team to UBS in 2016. Known for her dedication and reliability, Lisa ensures that every client interaction is seamless and every detail is handled with care.
Lisa supports the team’s administrative processes and is often the go-to resource for clients. Whether it’s placing trades, completing paperwork, or following up on important tasks, Lisa makes sure everything runs smoothly.
Lisa lives in Northern Kentucky and enjoys attending concerts and spending time with family and friends.

Matthew Perry joined The Foster Kavanaugh Wealth Management Group in 2022 after building a strong foundation within UBS and other leading firms. With more than 10 years of industry experience at UBS, Fidelity Investments, Morgan Stanley, and Raymond James, Matt brings a wealth of operational expertise to the team.
Matt plays a key role in leading the team’s administrative processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience. His responsibilities include heading technology initiatives, opening new accounts, processing distributions, and implementing advisory solutions.
Matt graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management. He lives in Over-the-Rhine in downtown Cincinnati and is a proud season ticket holder for both the Cincinnati Bengals and FC Cincinnati. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on his teams, and exploring local restaurants.

Dominic Kariofiles joined The Foster Kavanaugh Wealth Management Group in 2024 as an intern and quickly impressed the team, earning a full-time position in 2025. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and an Investment Management Concentration. During his time at Dayton, Dominic was awarded with the Douglas R. Scott Best Efforts Award, given to the senior Finance major deemed to have worked the hardest both in and out of the classroom, as nominated and voted on by The University’s faculty and staff.
Dominic supports both the team and our clients through detailed research and product analysis, creating financial plans, and servicing client accounts. His meticulous approach and analytical mindset make him a valuable resource for ensuring accuracy and delivering thoughtful solutions.
Dominic lives in downtown Cincinnati and enjoys golfing, playing cards with his family, and cheering on the Cleveland Browns.
