The Foster Kavanaugh Wealth Management Group began in 1998 when Tim Foster and Casey Kavanaugh, the two lead advisors, joined together at Merrill Lynch to form a team. Soon after, Lisa McIntyre joined the group. They’ve been working with clients to build and manage wealth ever since.
Our group is unique in that we have two father/daughter duos on the team. Amanda Paulik, Tim’s daughter, joined the group in 2019 after working in public accounting where she prepared taxes and earned her CPA. Chelsea Kavanaugh, Casey’s daughter, joined UBS in 2022 after working at Fidelity Investments in their workplace plans division.
We primarily assist Procter & Gamble retirees and soon to be retirees. We also work with friends and families of our clients, even if they are not P&G. Our team has an in depth understanding of P&G retirement plans and rewards, specifically in regards to the P&G PST/Savings Plan, STAR Awards, and stock options. We hold regular seminars for P&G employees with the topics being "Retirement Basics including Diversification and Risk Strategies", "Understanding P&G Preferred Shares and Net Unrealized Appreciation", and "Understanding P&G Awards and Stock Options".
Our team offers a comprehensive Financial Goals Analysis. This can help clients and prospective clients determine if they’re ready to retire or ready for a big expense. The team will also put together investment plans to show prospective clients our strategy on how we’d invest and manage their assets. Both of these preliminary services are at no cost to Procter & Gamble employees, their friends, and their families.
The Foster Kavanaugh Wealth Management Group makes every effort to understand goals, risk tolerances, income, assets, and liabilities of each individual or family we work with. This way, we can develop personalized, holistic plans that maximize success in retirement and beyond.
