Debbie is a seasoned financial professional and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™, boasting over four decades of expertise in the field. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. Debbie co-founded West Oak Hill Asset Management, Inc. in the Chautauqua, New York area and later brought her wealth of knowledge to Hudson, Ohio in 2002 following the sale of the firm.
With a profound understanding of longevity risk, inspired by her grandmother who lived to 103, Debbie is passionately committed to assisting clients in reaching their life goals. In her capacity, she delivers impartial advice and tailored investment strategies through comprehensive financial planning. Acting as a team chair for financial planning, she specializes in income gap analysis, tax strategies, and estate planning.
Outside her professional endeavors, Debbie has been an active community member, generously dedicating her time to various non-profit organizations such as Clocktower Rotary Club of Hudson, EMS Outreach, Volunteers of America, Lake Anna Civic Association, and Emergency Services in Louisa County, VA. She has held Treasurer positions for Leadership Hudson, Hudson Farmer's Market, and Hudson Blossom Women's Committee.
When not engaged in her career or community service, Debbie finds joy in boating, cooking, hiking, traveling, and cherishing moments with her husband Randy and their family, which includes four children and spouses, three granddaughters, and three grand doodles.
Joe is a Senior Portfolio Manager of the UBS Portfolio Management Program and is responsible for individual investment allocations and tactical trading. Joe has 24 years of experience in financial services at UBS and over forty years in client services. A graduate with a Bachelors' degree from Rutgers University in 1982, Joe also has certification from University of Notre Dame School of Business and from Portfolio Concepts.
Outside of work, Joe is a Vice President on the National Board of LifeTeen International. He is an Honorary Board Member at Goodwill Industries having served as Investment Committee Chair. Active in St Mary's youth ministry, Joe and his wife Marianne have four children and seven grandchildren. When not at work he plays golf, plans his next hike or travel adventure.
Dan began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte & Touche LLP. As a Manager at Deloitte, Dan was responsible for building the foundation of new client relationships, developing and executing solutions to complex accounting issues and constructing and managing cohesive engagement teams to serve his Fortune 500 clients. He joined UBS as a Financial Advisor in 2018 to enhance the team's breadth of knowledge and expertise. Since joining UBS, Dan has become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNNER™ and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor™ to continue expanding his knowledge base to help serve his various clients. Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual majors in Accountancy and Finance from John Carroll University, graduating Valedictorian of the Boler School of Business.
Dan remains active in the community serving on the Board of Trustees and serving as the finance committee chair of St. Martin De Porres High School, a Catholic co-educational high school in Cleveland serving families of limited economic means. For fun, you can be sure to find Dan and his wife, Blake, at one of Cleveland's professional sporting events or exploring many of Cleveland’s local restaurants. In addition, they can often be spotted around town walking Winston, their French Bulldog.
Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Ohio State University. She began her career at a prominent publishing firm, where she excelled as a client manager across offices in Dallas and Cleveland. Transitioning to UBS in 2013, Meghan initially served as a Client Services Associate (CSA), contributing significantly to trading, financial planning, and the training of fellow CSAs. Her extensive experience, profound knowledge, and strong client relationships led to her promotion from Senior Wealth Strategy Associate to Financial Advisor.
Meghan's dedication to professional growth is evidenced by her completion of certifications including Series 7, 66, Insurance, and the esteemed CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.
Outside of her career, Meghan shares her passion for The Ohio State Buckeyes with her husband Jeff. Together, they cherish moments with their two daughters, Eleanor and Evelyn, and their beloved Goldendoodle, Frank.
Jennifer is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance and aviation, bringing a unique blend of skills and expertise to her role at UBS. She holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance from Kent State University, where she simultaneously pursued her passion for aviation, obtaining her pilot ratings and gaining extensive experience as a Flight Instructor and Charter Pilot over eight years.
With fifteen years of experience in the banking industry, Jennifer has honed her skills as a Relationship Banker, consistently delivering exceptional service and financial solutions to her clients. She holds various licenses, including Life, Health, and Variable Insurance Licenses, as well as investment licenses in Series 6, 7, 63, and 66, showcasing her commitment to professional development and comprehensive financial knowledge. Jennifer's passion for excellence, coupled with her extensive experience and dedication to her clients, positions her as a valuable asset to the UBS team.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jennifer leads an active life with her husband, Mark, and their three children. They share a love for travel and adventure, often exploring new destinations as a family. Jennifer takes pride in supporting her children as they pursue their own careers and academic endeavors, with two already embarked on their professional journeys and the third currently attending Kent State University, majoring in Biology.
E.J. comes to UBS with a background in healthcare. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science at Miami University in 2014 after which he began work at Knox Community Hospital as an Account Follow-up Specialist. E.J. then moved to Knox Community Hospital’s Pharmacy in 2017 where he managed and grew the organizations 340B Drug discount program. In 2019 E.J. attained his MBA from the Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a focus in healthcare. E.J. also enjoys being active in his community, having served as a member on Knox county’s board of public health and currently serving on the board of St. Thomas Eastern Orthodox Church.
E.J. and his wife, Lara, along with their two active boys and new baby girl enjoy traveling and being on the move. Whether its construction projects, sports, museums, or just taking the family labradoodle on a walk, E.J. and his family are always up for a new adventure. On their down time they enjoy spending time with family and friends and cherishing life’s moments.
