Experience

Robert is a seasoned and committed wealth management professional with over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry.  For the last 30 years Bob has focused on providing customized investment management solutions to wealthy individuals and their families.    

Bob started his career with the Connecticut Bank and Trust Company where he was the Chief Investment Officer of the Private Bank when he left in 1990 to join the Chase Manhattan Bank.  In 1997, Bob was named the Chief Investment Officer of Chase's Global Private Bank where he worked until 2002. Robert founded a wealth management team at Merrill Lynch in 2003 with the vision of delivering elite wealth management services to a select group of clients. After ten years the team moved to the Private Wealth Management division of UBS in 2013.

Bob has held the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation since 1989.  He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in mathematics and he earned an MBA in finance from the University of Hartford.  Bob serves on the board of the Broward Performing Arts Foundation in Ft Lauderdale.  Originally from Connecticut, Bob and his family moved to Florida in 1990 and he and his wife, Cindy, currently reside in Parkland.

Alex joined the UBS Private Wealth Management team in 2014. With a focus in comprehensive financial planning, Alex helps families and individuals determine their financial goals and develop strategies to achieve them. He is also responsible for client relationship management, business development, and executing the team’s investment management strategies.

Alex graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida where he received a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations. He lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Kathy began her career in 1998 and joined UBS in 2013. She is a dedicated team member who provides administrative support in all phases of client service including relationship building, account maintenance, and office operations. Kathy manages the many details required to provide clients with a high level of service. She earned an associate's degree from Berkeley College and graduated from Touro College with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Kathy lives in Fort Lauderdale.

Crystal joined UBS in 2013 with 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. She provides administrative support to the team with dedication and exceptional attention to detail. As a fully registered Senior Client Service Associate, Crystal is responsible for account maintenance, office operations, and providing clients with a high level of service. Crystal lives in Plantation, Florida.

Hampton joined the UBS Private Wealth Management team in 2022. Prior to joining UBS, Hampton worked at E*TRADE Securities as a Senior Associate. There, he developed a specialization for investment management, trading and client service. He is responsible for coordinating with the team on relationship management, business development and operations.

Hampton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Zarb School of Business, Hofstra University. As well as a Bachelor of Economics in Global Finance, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. Hampton currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
