After graduating from Florida Southern College in 1999 with a double major in Computer Information Systems and Finance, Rachel began her career in financial services with Wachovia Securities. After spending 10 years with Wachovia, Rachel moved to UBS in 2008 as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Branch Office Administrator, and Branch Technology Liaison. Shortly after beginning treatment for breast cancer in October 2016, Rachel dove into a management position in the capacity of Supervisory Officer where she utilized her critical thinking skills, gregarious personality, and vast product and industry knowledge to assist the firm in managing and reducing risk through proper compliance controls. In January 2020, Rachel joined our team. Her focus is on building relationships, monitoring client portfolios, running the trading platforms, and providing world-class customer service. She uses her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM and Chartered Financial Consultant designations to help clients understand what is necessary to achieve their financial goals. Rachel is FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63, and 65 licensed and also holds Life, Health, Variable Annuity, and Long Term Care licenses.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys bringing a positive outlook and mentoring other ladies suffering through the woes of breast cancer, traveling, golf, watching sports of every kind, getting her hands dirty in her garden, and gourmet cooking. She has previously served as the Teaming Chair for the American Cancer Society's Annual Breast Cancer Walk fundraiser. She currently serves on the Board for the Breast Cancer Foundation of Central Florida. She is a member of Victory Church in Lakeland where she and her husband Matt reside in Lakeland, Florida with their rambunctious dog Molly.

Amy graduated with a major in Finance and a minor in International Business from the University of Central Florida. Her professional career began in the financial services industry. For nine years, she managed the legal, insurance and financial aspects of her family's business of powerboat racing promotion. Amy joined Morgan Stanley in 2005. Amy came to UBS in 2008 as a Registered Client Service Associate. Amy has earned her Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) designation. She lives in Winter Haven with her son Austen.

Client Associate
With a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Supervision from Polk State College, Sarah brings over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, including specialized roles such as a Compensation Analyst and Wire Transfer Specialist.
As a Client Associate for the Johnson Wealth Consulting Group, she manages a wide range of responsibilities including customer service inquiries, facilitating money movement, managing calendars, new client onboarding, operations support, and document compliance. Known for being analytical, adaptive, personable, and committed, she thrives in dynamic environments where attention to detail and strong communication are key.
Outside of work, she is a dedicated mother to two young children, ages 4 and 2, who keep her busy. She enjoys spending time outdoors, being with family, playing with dog Reese, and unwinding with a good thriller or mystery novel. She and husband are also active members of First Presbyterian Church in Winter Haven, Florida.
