Experience
Adam is a Senior Portfolio Manager and is also among a select group of Private Wealth Advisors who have earned the prestigious Family Office Consultant and Institutional Consultant UBS designations. Prior to joining UBS in 2015, Adam was a Director at Credit Suisse and a Principal at Bernstein, where he was named to the Senior Investment Advisory Group. Adam was formerly a Vice President at Merrill Lynch.

Life
Adam and his wife, Rebecca, live in Greenwich, CT with their three children—Max, Teddy and Lizzie. Adam holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation and is a graduate of Bucknell University, where he was a Varsity tennis team member.

Sheila has earned a reputation as a philanthropist, dedicated advocate for women’s financial independence and education, and talented Private Wealth Advisor. In her career, she serves prominent individuals, families, family offices, trusts and foundations from around the world. 

Sheila understands the concerns, dynamics, and possibilities that significant wealth presents, and draws on her 30+ years of experience to deliver personalized and creative wealth management solutions tailored to her clients’ sophisticated needs. Her goal is to help solve complex issues across investment portfolio construction and multi-generational wealth planning while helping clients meet long-term planning and philanthropic goals.

Sheila is among a select group of Private Wealth Advisors who have earned the prestigious Family Office Consultant UBS designations. In 2012, the Villanova Business School awarded her its highest honor for her distinguished career and extraordinary service to her community and the school. Sheila has spoken on personal finance topics and has presented at events such as the Harvard Kennedy School’s "From Harvard Square to the Oval Office" annual program, Villanova University Women’s Leadership Summit, and Maria Shriver’s Move for Minds Women’s Health Summit.

Over the years, Sheila has donated her time to several philanthropic causes. She is a dedicated advocate for women’s financial independence and education and sits on the advisory board of the Barnard College Francine A. LeFrak Center for Well-Being. Sheila also serves as a director of the Francine A. LeFrak Foundation, the Women’s Leadership Board of the Harvard Kennedy School, and as a member of Women Moving Millions. She was a former trustee of Villanova University. Prior to joining UBS in 2014, Sheila worked as a private wealth advisor at Morgan Stanley and a financial advisor at JP Morgan.

Rick specializes in working with private business owners and corporate executives to help think through pre-transaction planning and multi-generational wealth transfer planning matters.  Rick integrates tax concerns, as well as philanthropic and wealth transfer objectives, into his clients’ investment strategies.  Rick also helps the team’s foundation and endowment clients pursue their long-term objectives through cash flow planning and investment management.  

Prior to joining UBS, he worked as an Investment & Wealth Strategist with Capital Group Private Client Services and a Senior Associate with BNY Mellon Wealth Management.  Rick holds the Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst (CAIA®), and Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) professional designations, and serves as a member of the Investments and Wealth Institute. 

As a passionate member of his community, Rick is Chair of Community Outreach Committee on Cents Ability’s Leadership Council, an organization dedicated to improving financial literacy for high school students across New York City.  He is also a member of the Contemporaries at the Whitney Museum of Modern Art, as well as the Apollo Circle at the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art.

As a Relationship Manager, Hunter is responsible for working directly with clients and believes that trust is our greatest asset - one earned through consistently meeting and exceeding expectations. Through close collaboration with the team's investment committee, Hunter focuses on delivering clients the best thinking of the team and UBS. Hunter also co-chairs Epstein Partner's "WOW" Client Experience Committee. 

Experience
Hunter joined UBS in 2015, where he's served as a Senior Private Wealth Strategy Associate and Private Wealth Relationship Manager. Prior to joining UBS, he founded and operated a consulting and advisory business in Mumbai, India, and worked as an investment banking associate at Jesup & Lamont in NYC.

Life
Hunter and his wife, Manisha, live in Manhatan with their two kids - Asha and John. Hunter enjoys a number of outdoor activities including hiking, kayaking, boating and fishing, and is an avid fly fisherman and experienced offshore angler. He carries a hands-on passion for collector automobiles from various regions and time periods, as well as a deep appreciation for antique furniture and art. Hunter plays tennis, soccer, and snowboards, in addition to being well-versed in a number of water sports.

Through comprehensive planning, Tom helps Epstein Partners’ clients pursue their most important objectives and goals.  In his role, he provides expertise in a number of areas, including cash flow analysis, multigenerational planning, charitable giving and executive compensation and benefits strategies. Prior to joining the Wealth Planning Associate program in 2017, Tom worked on a Private Wealth Advisory team as a Registered Client Service Associate. Tom is a graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in finance and marketing. He holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.

Ryan joined Epstein Partners in 2021 and is responsible for analyzing portfolios, developing customized investment proposals for prospective and existing clients, and presenting investment solutions tailored to our client’s sophisticated goals. He also co-heads the team’s Investment Committee, reviewing model portfolios, asset allocation, and manager due diligence. Ryan previously worked at JPMorgan and BlackRock after graduating from The College of the Holy Cross in 2014 where he earned a B.A in political science and was a captain of the lacrosse team. He is Series 7 and 66 licensed.

Ryan lives in Battery Park with his wife, Natalia, and enjoys staying active outside of the office. He works closely with St Ignatius, a tuition-free middle school serving low income families in the South Bronx, and co-chairs the school’s Young Professionals Board.

Jessica manages existing client relationships with a focus on operational excellence and the client experience. Prior to joining UBS, Jessica was a business analyst at Credit Suisse Private Wealth Management. Before that, she was an analyst at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and Co., in the Client and Partner Group, where she focused on institutional capital raising for all private equity and hedge fund strategies. Jessica began her career as a credit analyst at JP Morgan Chase, where she completed the rigorous JP Morgan Chase credit training program. She was also a credit analyst at RBC Wealth Management, with a focus on secured credit underwriting for the high net worth client space. Jessica is a graduate of the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis with majors in finance, marketing and international business and a minor in psychology. She holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.

Sam supports team operations while also providing an outstanding client service experience. Prior to joining Epstein Partners, Sam was a PPNR Model Analyst for UBS and worked to produce, run and maintain models for federally mandated baseline and stress-test scenario forecasts for the bank. Prior to UBS, Sam was a business analyst in London at Liquidnet Europe. There he researched and launched new markets as a member of the emerging markets team, and created analytics and logic for in-house analysis for classification of Large in Scale Waivers under MiFID II. Sam is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany with a dual major in biochemistry and molecular biology, and a minor in mathematics. He has earned a Post Graduate Certificate in global business from St. Mary’s University in London and holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.

Allison graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Asian Studies. She joined UBS upon graduation, where she began her career as a Financial Advisor in UBS’s Wealth Advice Center, managing emerging affluent client’s individual investment portfolios. In July of 2020, she transitioned into a new role as Financial Wellness coach, where she helped UBS employees and corporate clients achieve their personal financial goals. In June of 2021, Allison joined Epstein Partners as a Wealth Strategy Associate. Allison holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses and is a certified Corporate Stock Benefit Consultant.

As a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate, Noah takes an attentive approach and invests time upfront to truly understand each client’s unique needs, goals, and aspirations. He works diligently to deliver an excellent client experience and assists in investment strategies, financial reporting, trading, and alternative investment solutions.

Prior to joining Epstein Partners, Noah built a successful career in Commercial Real Estate as a Sales Director in New York City representing both buyers and sellers before joining Bank of America as a Financial Solutions Advisor.

Noah is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Psychology. He  holds the series 7 and 66 licenses. Noah is an avid student of American History and spends the majority of his free time on fishing, wakeboarding and golfing with friends and family.  

Mary graduated from the Fairfield University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting. She joined UBS upon graduation, where she began her career as a client service associate and team business manager for Epstein Partners.
