Wade Kornblith, Senior Vice President-Wealth Management, joined UBS in 2016.  Working in the financial services industry since 2000, Wade is committed to supporting clients’ long-term view of their financial goals.  He collaborates with his clients to develop and implement investment and cash-flow management solutions aimed at fulfilling those goals.

Wade’s insight and expertise have been cultivated and refined throughout his experience with multiple financial service organizations including Swiss American Securities in New York City, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch.  He is dedicated to meeting the needs of business owners, entrepreneurs, affluent clients, retirees, and those preparing for financial change in their lives.  Capital preservation and risk management are his top priorities.  At UBS, Wade constructed a team of advisors, specialists and support staff who each bring a unique skillset for a more comprehensive approach to planning. 

 As a Senior Portfolio Manager in the select UBS Portfolio Management Program (PMP) for highly qualified and approved financial advisors, Wade builds and manages customized investment strategies on a discretionary basis that draws on his investment experience.  He is also a designated Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS).

Wade resides in Tampa, FL with his wife Bonnie and their two children, Michaela and Nash.  He is actively involved with his children’s school, Corbett Prep, and chairs the annual golf fundraising event.  In his spare time, Wade enjoys golf.

Daniel's experience ranges from 8 years in the legal field as a litigation attorney coupled with years of experience as an individual business owner.  Therefore, Daniel draws his understanding of his client's financial needs from a unique perspective across the spectrum.  This unique perspective enables Daniel to offer virtually unparalleled client relations, communications and customer service.

Daniel, and his two sons' Harrison and Winston, reside in Tampa, FL since 2006.  The move to Florida from New York resulted from Daniel being exclusively recruited by an International Gaming Corporation that wanted his services to represent the United States Market from his extensive and prestigious accolades he accomplished while practicing law in New York, including the authoring of a decision from a New York State Supreme Court that appeared in the New York Law Journal.  As a business owner, Daniel has worked extensively with businesses by providing them with full human resource business drivers by employing the use of Professional Employment Organizations.  Daniel then integrated his professional abilities within the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management platform in 2010. In January 2016, Daniel moved his business and clients to UBS Financial Services Inc. as a Financial Advisor.

Daniel did his undergraduate work at the prestigious SUNY Binghamton, with a major in Philosophy, Politics and Law, which he attended on scholarship.  Daniel received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University, which he attended on scholarship, and was on the Dean's List for his stellar academic performance.  Additionally, Daniel has studied under Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia on Comparative Constitution law in an abroad program in Nice, France, that was held in conjunction with Hofstra Law School. Daniel is also a member of MENSA.

Aishka Lugo provides highly personalized wealth management services to a diverse client base including young entrepreneurs, small business owners and individuals requiring solid guidance with retirement and legacy planning. With more than 18 years of financial services experience, Aishka is well-versed in developing financial plans for her clients to manage their present situation and support multiple generations. Aishka earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico. She has also earned an B.A. degree in Theology. In 2023, she was certified as a Marriage mentor through CFAMI.

Aishka is a longtime proponent of listening, explaining and educating clients in areas that can help enhance their overall wealth and ability to make wise financial decisions – from budgeting and saving, to paying down debt. Aishka has taken a goals-based wealth management approach designed to guide clients in identifying and prioritizing their financial objectives and concerns, before building realistic strategies for investing and retirement planning. Aishka is passionate about helping clients accomplish their goals and teaching others to live a life with peace and contentment. 

As she gives in wisdom, counsel, knowledge and expertise to her clients, she also gives locally through her involvement in the local church providing Marriage Workshop along side her husband, she is also a financial coach through Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University and offering free access to financial education.

For the last 9 years, Aishka and her husband hosted a weekly radio spot on a local Christian radio station where their program is dedicated to teaching followers by sharing God’s word. She appreciates any opportunity to spend time at the beach reading a good book, as it is an exercise that renews her spirit and zest for life.
