Brian Lockier is a First Vice President with UBS Wealth Management, specializing in tax‑efficient investment and planning strategies. By cultivating deep trust with his clients, Brian focuses on building long‑term relationships with individuals and families, serving as their advisor of choice as they pursue their financial goals.
With more than three decades of industry experience, Brian provides thoughtful, comprehensive guidance across investment management, risk management, financial planning, estate planning, and retirement planning. He helps clients manage, grow, and protect their wealth through customized planning and disciplined, client‑centered advice.
Brian began his career in the early 1980s at portfolio management firms Jennison Associates and Atalanta Sosnoff. He transitioned into advisory work in 1987 at Shearson Lehman Bros., later joining PaineWebber in 1993, which became part of UBS in 2000. 2026 marks his 33rd consecutive year with the firm.
He holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Tampa and maintains his Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, along with insurance licenses for annuities, long‑term care, and life insurance. Brian is also a Certified Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS).
Brian and his wife, Sheila, have two children, Sean and Conor. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golf, mountain biking, and advocating for Irish adoptees—a cause with personal significance.

With more than 25 years of experience in financial planning and investment management, Michael helps business owners, professionals, and their families navigate major financial decisions with clarity and confidence. His approach is centered on understanding each client’s personal and financial goals. Whether supporting a business owner through a transition, advising a physician or attorney on long‑term planning, or helping a family structure multigenerational wealth, he designs strategies that balance today’s needs with tomorrow’s priorities.
As a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Michael brings comprehensive expertise across estate, insurance, investment, retirement, and tax planning. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), he works collaboratively with various professionals to help business owners become truly exit ready – guiding them through succession planning, liquidity events, and post‑sale wealth strategies that protect what they’ve built and safeguard their legacy.
He is also a member of the UBS Portfolio Management Program (PMP), allowing him to act as a fiduciary and provide tailored, discretionary portfolio management.
Michael is committed to strengthening his community as well. He serves on the boards of the Fanwood‑Scotch Plains YMCA and the Dance Innovation Performance Foundation and is a past president of the Rotary Club of Fanwood‑Scotch Plains.
Michael resides in Fanwood with his wife, Kayla, and his three boys. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and boating at the Jersey Shore.

Zach graduated from Hartwick College in 2023 with a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration. He then went on to complete a graduate certificate program at Rutgers University in Labor & Employment Relations. Zach has a vested interest in personal finance & wealth management strategies and currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 license.
Zach was a 4 year member of the Hartwick College Men’s Basketball team, including two years as a Team-Captain. Additionally, he spent his graduate year at Rutgers as a member of the Men’s Basketball team.
Through integrating discipline from his athletics background, he leans on teamwork, strong analytical skills and consistency to succeed in the workplace.
