Doug is a graduate of the Financial Planning Certificate Program at The University of Texas and, in 2012, was appointed as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards in Washington D.C. He is both Series 7 & 66 licensed, including Life & Health insurance in Texas. He received his MBA from West Texas A&M University and his Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Kentucky. When away from the office, Doug enjoys spending time with his family, playing pickleball and learning to play guitar.
Doug serves the community as an office coordinator for Meals on Wheels, volunteers with Mobile Loaves & Fishes and is an active member of Freedom Church.
