Whether volunteering at Cooks Children's hospital and the Tarrant County Food Bank or serving on the host committee of the Fort Worth Christian Leadership Prayer Breakfast and finance committees at his church, Doug has numerous past and present community and church related participations. A native Fort Worth Texan, Doug now resides in Parker county with his wife of 27 years. They have three sons, one granddaughter, two horses, and eight chickens.
