Dillon leads The Dillon Group, a team of 9 people at UBS that oversees approximately $1.7 billion in client assets. Their mission is to provide customized quality strategies and comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth families, with specialized expertise in corporate employee financial services and business retirement plans.
Throughout his career, Dillon has received numerous accolades. He has been named to Forbes' lists of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors (2018-2023) and America's Top Wealth Advisors (2016-2023). He was also recognized as one of Barron's "Best of the Best" Winners Circle Financial Advisors.
A second-generation Irish American, Dillon graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1983. He is actively involved in education initiatives and sits on the boards of the Wellesley Education Foundation and the Autism Society of America. Dillon resides in Boston, Massachusetts with his wife, Susie. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his four grandchildren.
Chris joined UBS in 2012 and is a Managing Director of Wealth Management at UBS. Chris combines investment expertise with long-term strategic planning, enabling him to address complex issues and see the broader picture for his clients. At The Dillon Group, he collaborates with attorneys, accountants, and philanthropic organizations to optimize and streamline investment strategies and planning.
Chris specializes in working with multi-generational families on exit strategy planning for family-owned businesses. His deep understanding of succession planning, retirement planning, tax considerations, philanthropy, and pre-sale estate planning is informed by his experience as a Financial Advisor in a family business. The Dillon Group typically engages early in the process to leverage all available resources effectively.
Chris is a graduate of the Villanova School of Business, where he earned a B.S. in Finance. He has earned his Portfolio Manager designation and is a Certified Financial PlannerTM professional with The Dillon Group.
Chris has a passion for mentoring and is currently mentoring a student at the University of Villanova Business School as well as a Graduate Training Program intern at UBS.
In his free time, Chris enjoys watching the Patriots, Celtics, and Villanova Basketball, as well as golfing, surfing, and hiking. He divides his time between Boston, MA, and Newport Beach, CA, with his wife, Michelle, and their children, Teddy and Daisy.
Derek is an experienced financial advisor with over a decade of expertise in wealth management. He excels in delivering tailored financial solutions for affluent clients, focusing on investment strategy, risk management, and legacy planning. Derek is dedicated to understanding his clients' unique financial landscapes and helping them navigate complex financial decisions with confidence.
Derek earned his Bachelor's degree in finance from Northeastern University. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional underscoring his commitment to professional growth and excellence.

Kevin joined The Dillon Group in 2020 after spending two years in UBS’s Wealth Planning Associate Program, a structured 24-month development program that consists of rigorous proprietary training and in depth financial planning for advisors with high net worth clients. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ he specializes in providing advanced planning strategies for individuals, families, and business owners alike through the coordination of their investments, estate planning strategies, banking, exit-planning, and insurance needs.
Kevin began his career in 2016 at FBR Capital Markets as a member of the Institutional Equity Sales team. Kevin graduated from Wake Forest University in 2016 with a degree in business management and a concentration in finance. He holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™. Additionally, Kevin has life, accident, and health insurance licenses.
He resides in Wellesley, MA, with his wife, Maddy, and their young daughters, Georgia and Eloise. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys fishing, golf, and spending time with his family.
Mark is a seasoned financial professional having joined PaineWebber (now UBS) in 1998. Mark earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance with a minor in Mathematics from Bentley University in 1999 and a Masters of Science in Finance in 2005. After 20 years in the wealth management business, Mark feels that he can make a positive impact in his clients’ future by supplying top-notch financial planning solutions.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Mark has met rigorous education, training and ethical standards and is committed to servicing his clients’ best interests with the utmost care. He has been instrumental in advising high net worth investors with complex financial needs by, offering customized financial planning and strategic modeling to accomplish his clients’ investment goals. Mark enjoys quarterbacking the financial planning process and understands that today’s financial needs cannot be solved by one professional on his own. Mark resides in Weston, Massachusetts with his wife, Kristen, and three children, Eva, Anna and George. If not found serving his community on boards, he is often found on the playing field coaching his children’s soccer teams and enjoying their various sports endeavors. When he has downtime, Mark enjoys golfing, soccer and traveling with his family and friends.
Chris has been with The Dillon Group since 2008 after spending a year at State Street Corporation working on their mutual fund sales desk. He serves as the team’s head trader and runs Alternative Investment Operations. He is also closely involved with proactively reviewing portfolio strategy, account performance/reporting and presenting investment solutions tailored to client’s individual needs.
Chris graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance. He holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Chris lives in Middleton, MA with his wife Katie and their son Luke. He enjoys traveling to the next great golf location, yoga and spending quality time with family and friends.

Residing in Beverly, Michele enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, Emily, and two beloved Golden Retrievers, Duke and Harry.
Maylese began her career at UBS in 2005, where she served as Assistant Operations Manager at the Boston branch for three years. She then brought her expertise to The Dillon Group, where she continues to excel in providing operational excellence. Maylese finds great fulfillment in helping clients solve financial challenges and cherishes the relationship-building aspect of her work.
A strong, supportive team player, Maylese's lifelong involvement in team sports has instilled in her a robust work ethic characterized by goal-setting, efficiency, and collaboration. She holds a B.A. in Disability Studies from Springfield College.
Outside of her professional life, Maylese enjoys giving back to the community, traveling, and spending quality time with her 2 dogs in Woburn, MA. As the youngest of three children in a close-knit family, she values the importance of family and community.
