Fran is a Senior Vice President; he began his career in 1990 with Merrill Lynch. Fran focuses on financial planning, asset allocation and risk management.  Fran has a Finance Degree (BS/BA) from Northeastern University and a Masters in Business Administration from Babson College (MBA) with a concentration in Investment Management.  While at Babson, Fran was accepted in the prestigious Babson College Fund program.  This program hires students to manage part of the College's endowment.  While there his investment team beat all other active managers posting a 19% return for the year. At Babson, he authored "The Seasonality Effect of the Market," proving the statistical significance of performance in the market during different months.  In addition, he completed the Investment Consultant program at the Wharton School of Business. He works closely with client attorneys and accountants to help ensure that all aspects of our clients' financial plans and asset allocations have been established and implemented. Fran is a member of the Boston Security Analyst Society and the CFA Institute.  Fran is also a member of the Union Club in Boston and Woodland Country Club in Newton. Fran Lives in Cohasset with his wife Heidi, daughter Kristina, and two sons James and Joseph.

Allen is a Senior Vice President - Wealth Management advisor on the Dietrich-Sussman Group who has been managing portfolios for over 20 years for high net worth families, corporate executives, business owners, and institutions. Allen oversees strategic wealth planning that offers solutions for his client’s individual needs. These areas include estate planning strategies, succession planning, portfolio management, and credit and lending. 

Allen is committed to long-term relationships and to the highest level of client service.  Allen is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® that works with his clients' external advisors in order to help create a comprehensive financial plan. Allen’s investment experience helps clients create appropriate asset allocation models and hedging and monetization strategies.  

Allen lives in Boston’s Seaport District with his two children, Alec and Chloe. In his spare time, Allen enjoys golfing, exercising, and traveling.

Frank Sullivan began his career in financial services in 2013 when he joined Morgan Stanley working in the operations division. Frank transitioned to the role of a Client Services Associate at Morgan Stanley in 2014 before ultimately transferring to UBS Financial Services as a Senior Client Services Associate in 2019. 

Frank leverages the world-class resources available at UBS Financial Services to provide clients with a great experience. He collaborates and listens carefully to clients ensuring clients are knowledgeable about the many services and features given their preferences while providing timely solutions to all of our client questions, requests, or immediate needs.     

Frank grew up in Middletown, NJ. He currently lives in South Natick, MA. Frank is married to Danielle and they have two sons Travis and Rory and two cats namely Jackson and Koal.  Away from the office, Frank enjoys playing hockey and golf, hiking, kayaking, gardening, and is an avid New York Rangers and Giants fan.
