Michael began investing more than 22 years ago while earning both his Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation and his M.B.A. Today, as the lead of one of the largest teams in Private Wealth Management at UBS, he applies his passion for investing and his expertise in markets and asset allocation to his work for the benefit of his clients.
A 1995 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Michael earned his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business. He returned to McCombs for his M.B.A and graduated with honors in 2003. Today, Michael is a member of the MBA Advisory Board at the McCombs School of Business, the Advisory Board for the Master of Science in Finance program, the McCombs Wealth Management Advisory Board and the Executive Committee for the Chancellor's Council at The University of Texas. Through his involvement and guidance, the McCombs Wealth Management Advisory Board designed relevant curriculum for the newly established, undergraduate track.
Michael joined UBS in 2009, having gained a range of experience at Morgan Stanley dating back to 2002. In 2017, Michael was appointed to the UBS Financial Advisor Advisory Council (FAAC) and eventually served as Co-Chair from 2020-2022. The FAAC is a select group of 14 Financial Advisors who represent all UBS Advisors to address the critical issues and concerns pertinent to providing excellent client service.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering at his church. He lives in Southside Place with his wife, Jennifer, and three children, Walker, Reid and Megan. Michael is a former President of the West University Little League, one of the largest leagues in the country. Prioritizing an active lifestyle, Michael has completed eight marathons and dozens of triathlons, including Ironman Coeur d’Alene in 2005. He serves on the Finance Committee at his church and is an active member of both the CFA Institute and the Houston Society of Financial Analysts.

Rob has been an investor for more than 40 years, advising institutions and families that require experience, sophistication, and the global capabilities of UBS Private Wealth Management. Rob graduated cum laude from Georgetown University in 1982 with an honors degree in Finance. While at Georgetown, he worked for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives (1979-1981) on their legislative staff. Rob previously held his CIMA (Certified Investment Management Analyst), which he earned from the Wharton School of Business in 1988.
Prior to merging his practice in 2019, Rob founded and led one of UBS’ top institutional consulting teams advising on over $5 billion in assets with a focus on foundations, endowments, healthcare, and insurance companies. Rob is a past president and 25-year member of UBS’ Institutional Consulting Advisory Committee. In 2014, he was appointed to the UBS Financial Advisor Advisory Council (FAAC) and served as its Co-Chair in 2016. The FAAC, a select group of 14 Financial Advisors who represent all UBS Advisors, addresses the critical issues pertinent to ensuring excellent client service.
In addition to his professional career, Rob is committed to serving his community. He currently serves on the University of Texas Chancellor's Council Executive Committee and previously served as a board member for the Trinity Episcopal School and the Metropolitan Area Committee. Prior to his move to Houston, Rob was a founding member of the Young Leadership Council and its third President.
Originally from New Orleans, Rob, Elisabeth and their two children, Reese and Will, moved to Houston in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina. They have made Houston their home and reside in River Oaks. They are devoted world travelers and sports enthusiasts, cherishing time with family and friends the most. Rob is a member of River Oaks Country Club, the Maroon Creek Club, and the New Orleans Lawn Tennis Club and is an avid tennis player and wine enthusiast.

For the last 28 years, Bill has provided clients with comprehensive planning and investing advice. He joined UBS with his team in 2009, and gained a range of experience at both Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs dating back to 1994.
Bill graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 1986. He earned a full scholarship in basketball playing four years of varsity ball, first at Duke University, and then at the University of Nebraska. He played professional basketball with teams in the United States, Spain, New Zealand, Venezuela, Colombia and Mexico. He later earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1995.
Outside the office, Bill enjoys athletic endeavors and traveling with his three children, Maisie, William, and Thomas. He has traveled extensively in all 50 states and over 110 countries. He enjoys giving back to the community and served on the University of Nebraska Foundation Board of Directors for 12 years, where he recently served as Chair of the Foundation. He also serves on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Athletic Association and on the Board of Directors of the Cotton Bowl Foundation.

Following four years as a music director, Maren began her career in financial services in 2006 with Edward Jones where she discovered her enthusiasm for wealth management. She transitioned into Private Wealth Management two years later when she joined the team at Morgan Stanley. In 2009, Maren moved to UBS alongside the team where her roles include focusing on advisory account management, performance reviews, and asset allocation.
