Daniel Hintz

Daniel (Dan) Hintz is First Vice President – Wealth Management at UBS.  Mr. Hintz advises institutions, business owners and families on wealth strategies and structures for assets and liabilities.  A Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Mr. Hintz works with business owners to optimize strategy, enterprise value, structure, and personal outcomes.

From 2008 until 2013 Dan Hintz served on the board of the Scrum Alliance, the global Agile movement’s largest certifying body as Treasurer.  There Dan cast its vision of “Transforming the World of Work”.  During his tenure the organization grew from 25,000 to nearly 1,000,000 certified scrum professionals with millions more receiving some degree of training. Dan is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Mr. Hintz founded AgileIndy in 2011.  Which provides free professional education to Indiana’s technology community.  Its fifteen hundred members hosts North America’s largest one-day technology conference.

Dan Hintz is co-founder and Chairman of Million Meal Movement a 501©3 public charity.  Million Meal Movement is a volunteer driven hunger relief organization.  Since 2007 the organization has rallied nearly one hundred thousand volunteers to package and distribute thirty-four million nutritious meals to food banks and pantries.  Other national not-for-profit boards on which he has served include Safesitter and Kids Against Hunger where he served as Chairman.

An appreciation of their service, through American Capital Partners, Mr. Hintz serves as a mentor to retiring members of the United States military helping them begin second careers.  As a past Invest in Others (IiO) honoree, Mr. Hintz serves as a judge in the investment industry’s national philanthropic awards selection.  Dan has served as a featured speaker for scores of professional, civic, religious and student groups on three continents.

Mr. Hintz is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business at Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Sarah began her financial career back in 1991 in Chicago with Paine Webber/UBS trading commodities and futures on the trading floor at the Chicago Board of Trade. After moving to Indiana in 2011, she joined  the Schillaci Group. Her wide variety of experience provides her a unique insight into clients' financial needs.

Educational Background
Sarah graduated from Purdue University in 1991, then started as an intern in US Treasury Futures at the Chicago Board of Trade.

Family Life
Sarah and her husband Don live in Fishers and have three almost grown children.

Hobbies
Sarah and Don spend their free time traveling, playing golf, and hosting gatherings for their friends and family.

Handling client inquiries, transactions and account administration, Elizabeth feels especially fulfilled in serving multiple generations of clients. A lifelong resident of Noblesville, Elizabeth shares her passion for animals with her daughter, and together they own five dogs they have rescued. To "relax," Elizabeth runs and cycles on local trails virtually every day.
