A Financial Advisor since 1995, Jeff has extensive knowledge of multi-generational wealth management and estate planning strategies. He is committed to helping clients maintain control over their legacies and works closely with attorneys and accountants to achieve this goal. As part of his comprehensive approach, Jeff specializes in evaluating investment managers, gifting strategies and the use of charitable foundations. Jeff has been an active board member of the Lakes Golf & Country Club since 2006. He served on the board of the Morton Foundation/First Tee, from 2006 to 2020. He is still actively involved with the organization which offers children the opportunity to learn life lessons through golf. Jeff is also a former board member of the Upper Arlington Community Foundation and a past President of the Board of Action for Children (AFC). AFC is a childcare resource and referral agency founded by his grandmother, which focuses on early learning experiences for all children.
Jeff resides in Upper Arlington with his wife, Annette, and their three children. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys playing golf, traveling with his family to Walloon Lake, MI and attending his children’s sporting events.

Bruce began his career in the financial services industry in 1996 as a CPA. The desire to interact more personally with clients led Bruce to his role as a Financial Advisor. A Certified Financial Planner ™, Bruce helps clients establish a personal financial plan by listening to their objectives, and works to help them develop a healthy relationship with their money. He is actively involved with the investment research and asset allocation decision-making process for our clients. Bruce is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and serves on the Board of the State Convention of Baptists in Ohio. He also is a long-time “Big Brother” with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio. Bruce and his wife, Carrie, have four children. On weekends, Bruce enjoys running, watching his kids’ sports teams and volunteering at LifePoint Church in Lewis Center. In addition, their son Toby’s special needs have inspired Bruce and Carrie to devote time to encouraging other parents of children with special needs. Carrie co-hosts a podcast with two other mothers of special needs children and their book “The Other Side of Special” will be published in spring 2023.

Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
Ben joined the Cullman/Holt Group as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate in the Spring of 2023. Prior to joining the team, Ben served as a Wealth Planner and Investment Specialist for a nationally-ranked Private Wealth firm in Cincinnati, where he worked with Financial Advisors to develop financial plans and implement investment solutions for high-net-worth clients. During this time, Ben obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification after also earning an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Xavier University.
In his current role with The Cullman/Holt Group, Ben leverages his industry knowledge to deliver comprehensive financial plans and wealth management solutions for our clients.
Ben graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in finance and business economics. Outside of the office, Ben enjoys golfing, trying new breweries with friends, and cheering on the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Team Administrator
Connie oversees all the operational and administrative responsibilities for the team. She holds a number of related licenses, including the Series 3, 7, 63 and 65, as well as the Ohio Life Insurance and Variable Annuity. With over 30 years of experience with the group, she can answer many client questions and is a key component of the ongoing service delivered to them.
Connie graduated magna cum laude from Ashland University with a degree in Marketing/Business Management. She is actively involved in her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, and currently serves as one of their Membership Experience Directors. Connie is a fan of Ohio State football and basketball and attends many of their games. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Client Associate
Sol has been In the financial services industry for the past decade. The better part of that decade has been spent here at UBS in roles both as Assistant Operations Manager and Market Service Manager. It is through that experience he has garnered a wealth of knowledge regarding industry policies and procedures. Sol holds a number of licenses including the Series 7,66, 9, and 10. Sol and his wife, Kim, and their two children reside in Mount Vernon. In his free time he enjoys reading, being outdoors, and is an avid sports fan. He also loves to travel and create shared experiences with his family.
Client Associate
Shannon began her career at UBS in November of 2021 as the Branch Office Administrator. In July of 2022, she joined the Cullman/Holt Group as a Client Service Associate and is currently pursuing her securities license. Shannon was born and raised in Powell, Ohio. She earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Liberty University. Prior to joining the UBS family, she worked in the medical field and at church camp.
Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys doing CrossFit, playing card games, and interior design. She also enjoys watching sports, particularly NASCAR and football. Shannon loves to travel and spend time with family and friends, and is very involved in her church.
