Jeff has had the pleasure of building impactful relationships with clients and their families for over 30 years in his career at UBS. Through these relationships, he has been able to discover families’ core values and goals, allowing him to discern a clear path to achieving and maintaining what matters most to them. Jeff takes pride in providing organization to our clients’ financial lives and the satisfaction they receive from the freedom to focus on their values.

Jeff earned his Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 1999. He was announced as the Market Director of the Chattanooga UBS office in 2000. Under his guidance, the office has grown into the area’s premier wealth management firm with over $6 billion in assets under management. His leadership encourages nurturing a team-oriented culture that strives to always put clients’ interests first. He achieved the Wealth Advisor designation with UBS in 2007, a comprehensive training designation for high net worth clients.

Jeff and his wife, Cindy, have been married for 34 years and have two adult sons living in the area. They enjoy travel, exercise, hiking, boating and reading.

David has established himself as a reliable and trustworthy advisor throughout generational relationships with families. The discipline he acquired while serving as an officer in the United States Army shines through in the attention to detail that he provides in his approach towards planning and wealth management. David inspires confidence through the plans he puts in place as a bridge towards reaching clients’ goals.

His 35 plus year career began with Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company where he held various leadership positions. He joined UBS in 2005 from Peachtree Planning Corporation in Atlanta after having earned his Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations. David achieved the Wealth Advisor designation with UBS in 2009, a comprehensive training designation for high net worth clients.

David has been married to his wife, Karen, for 34 years. Karen is the Church Administrator at Signal Mountain Bible Church, as well as a Pre-School Teacher of 3- and 4-year-olds at Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church. They have two adult sons, Chris and Matthew. David is originally from Florida and enjoys returning to the beaches of Boca Grande and Destin with his family.

Hayden believes forming a genuine connection and truly knowing a family’s story are the most critical components of serving clients’ needs. Additionally, he brings strong financial analytical expertise to the Cronan Hudson Group after 10 years in a proven career at the EPB and Service Electric Company (a Quanta Services company). He utilizes these skills in analyzing all avenues to best help our clients achieve their specific goals.

Hayden is a graduate of the McCallie School and the University of Alabama where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a specialization in Finance.

He is working to obtain the Certified Financial Planner® designation. He holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as his life and health insurance licenses. 

Hayden and his wife, Maggie, are proud Chattanooga natives living in the Rivermont area along with their dog, June. They take pleasure in the arts, exercising and playing golf together in their spare time.

Stacy distinguishes the Cronan Hudson Group by fostering a relationship-based environment. Our clients appreciate her familiarity with each of their individual circumstances, her responsiveness and attention to detail. Her level of care and white-glove treatment truly set her apart in the industry. Stacy offers first class solutions to all our clients’ banking needs.

Before joining UBS, Stacy was the Financial Director for Genesis House, a non-profit that helps victims of domestic violence. She began her career in Wealth Management at Raymond James Financial and joined UBS in 2017. Stacy earned her Wealth Management Associate title after completing the Cannon Financial high net worth modules and training. She holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses as well as life and health insurance.

Stacy graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting.

Stacy lives on a farm in Sparta, TN. When she is not gardening at home, she enjoys hiking and spending time at the lake.
