Our clients know that we put their best interests first at all times. As your financial advocates, we ask the critical questions to learn all about you, your family, priorities and concerns. At the end of the day, we understand that earning your confidence and trust requires integrity, prudence and accessibility.
Warren Cox advises individuals and families, often extending relationships as far as the third generation. His unwavering goal is to offer comprehensive, professional advice that always prioritizes the client’s best interests.
Warren earned a BSBA in Accounting from Georgetown University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He began his career over 40 years ago in the Tax Group of Price Waterhouse Coopers in Cleveland. His interest in tax planning through investments prompted him to accept an offer from a regional investment firm in their financial planning group.
Recognizing the many benefits of forming a team approach, Warren co- founded the Cox / Murman Wealth Management Group in 2011 with friend and colleague Bill Murman. The team was further strengthened by the addition of Brandi Littlefield and Sean Stamper, who add their individual expertise and collaborative approach. Together, they continue to provide clients with comprehensive and personalized advice.
A lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio, Warren has lived in Lakewood and Rocky River since moving to Cleveland in 1976. His two grown children live in Nashville, TN and Rocky River, OH. Warren has served on several boards including the St. Malachi Center, Rocky River Chamber of Commerce, St. Mary Seminary, and Jennings Center for Older Adults. Working with these groups has strengthened in Warren the importance of giving back to the community. Most recently, this commitment has driven him to volunteer at “The Turn” in North Olmsted, a non-profit “working to transform the lives of people with physical disabilities”.
Bill Murman is dedicated to helping individuals and families faced with the challenges of wealth live comfortably, create meaningful legacies, and find peace of mind. He accomplishes this by selecting the appropriate investments and developing a comprehensive financial plan.
A 35-plus-year veteran of financial services, Bill earned a BA from Miami University (OH) with a focus in Finance. He began his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he developed a strong background in accounting and passed the CPA exam in 1991. In 2011, Bill and Warren Cox formed the Cox / Murman Wealth Management Group. Together, with their colleagues Sean and Brandi, they utilize their shared expertise to serve investors, business owners, and families.
Bill resides in Rocky River with his wife Mary Kay Cabot who is a sportswriter for The Plain Dealer covering the Cleveland Browns NFL Team. They have three grown children who have ventured out into New York City, Cleveland, and Quebec City. Bill has served on the boards of Magnificat High School, the Diabetes Partnership of Cleveland, and currently on the Board of Collaborate to End Human Trafficking. Being part of these organizations has strengthened in him the importance of being dedicated, positive, and goal oriented. Bill’s hobbies include both swimming and golf…though depending on how he’s playing that day, swimming sometimes comes in handy!
Brandi Littlefield collaborates with clients and advisors to simplify the complexities of financial planning, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of necessary information and services.
A 10-year veteran of financial services, Brandi has been an integral part of the Cox/Murman Wealth Management team since 2017. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University and is FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative) licensed. Prior to joining UBS, Brandi honed her skills in Private Client Services at a local bank.
Brandi resides in North Ridgeville with her husband, Brandon, and feline children, Little Cat, Brutus, and Scarlet. In her free time, Brandi enjoys solving for the next best thing, like trying new recipes in the kitchen. She loves spending time with friends, family, and especially enjoys watching her nieces & nephews participate in their extracurricular activities. Along with being a proud Kent State alumna, she is an enthusiastic fan of Ohio State Football. O-H!

What’s really important to you—today and for the long term? UBS Wealth Way starts with questions and discussions that can help you organize your financial life into three key dimensions: Liquidity—to help provide cash flow for short-term expenses, Longevity—for longer-term needs and Legacy—for needs that go beyond your own.
UBS Wealth Way is an approach incorporating Liquidity. Longevity. Legacy. strategies that UBS Financial Services Inc. and our Financial Advisors can use to assist clients in exploring and pursuing their wealth management needs and goals over different time frames. This approach is not a promise or guarantee that wealth, or any financial results, can or will be achieved. All investments involve the risk of loss, including the risk of loss of the entire investment. Time frames may vary. Strategies are subject to individual client goals, objectives and suitability.
