How I can help you
I am fortunate to co-lead a team that helps founders, entrepreneurs, executives, and affluent families manage the complexity that comes with significant wealth. Wealth goes far beyond just dollars and cents and can be a powerful tool to make a positive impact on your life, your family, and the causes you care about. All of our clients have unique backgrounds and stories, but all have a similar desire to maximize the impact their wealth can create. We look at the big picture of our clients’ advanced planning needs—including tax and estate planning, investment management, asset protection, philanthropy and preparing their heirs for an eventual inheritance.

What makes me knowledgeable
I began my wealth management career more than two decades ago at Merrill Lynch and joined UBS in 2009. I have earned the Certified Exit Planning Advisor® designation; the Series 7, 31 and 66 securities licenses; Life, Disability and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses in order to better serve our clients. I hold a B.A. in Business Administration, Finance from San Diego State University (Go Aztecs!), where I was a member of the SDSU crew team. This experience taught me the values of hard work and dedication which I strive to bring to my clients each and every day.

Getting to know me
I live in San Diego with my wife, Amber. We are the proud parents of two children: Mia and Riley. We also have two dogs named Murphy and Ivy. Outside of the office, I enjoy golfing, reading, traveling, and spending time with my family. I care deeply about my community. Ronald McDonald House and breast cancer research are causes that are important to me.

“I like the excitement of being able to help clients whose financial lives need organization by navigating the complexity of their wealth and then seeing the impact it can make for generations to come. I enjoy hearing their personal stories about how they have become successful and why they are passionate about what they do."

How I can help you
I am dedicated to developing and implementing advanced plans and customizing tax-aware investment models for the business owners, high-net-worth individuals and families we serve. While I have been doing this for more than 20 years, I am still inspired each day by the hopes and aspirations that my plans can potentially help clients achieve, including their legacies and dreams for future generations. I love the continuity that comes with building life-long client relationships.

What makes me knowledgeable
My passion for financial planning began during my college internship at Merrill Lynch. I earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER  designation upon graduating from San Diego State University with a B.S. in financial services. I began my financial services career at Merrill Lynch in 1999, later joining Smith Barney and then coming to UBS in 2009. I currently hold the Certified Private Wealth Advisor®, Certified Exit Planning Advisor® and Certified Investment Management Analyst® professional designations in order to maximize the impact I have on my clients and the ones they love.

Getting to know me
A native of San Diego, I live here with my wife, Missy, our children, Marin, Morgan and Drew, two horses and a boxer-lab mix named Gnarly. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, woodworking and spending time in the great outdoors. I am a loyal fan of all San Diego’s sports teams. Juvenile diabetes is a cause that is near and dear to my family. We have been active fundraisers for JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) since my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.

“Our vision for the team has always been to help clients manage their financial challenges at every phase of their lives. Today, we can see how their plans have played out over time—we have served as a stable presence in their lives and helped them stay focused on the big picture, so they have been able to execute their plans through the good times and the rough patches.”

How I can help you
I dedicated to end-to-end administration our clients. This means that I am the first point of contact when clients contact us. I am privileged to handle account operational issues, disbursements, scheduling and day-to-day requests that are important to our clients. I enjoy making personal connections with every client I serve and to take great pride in providing a high-touch client experience.

What makes me knowledgeable
I joined UBS in 2016 after more than two decades as a client service associate at Morgan Stanley. Prior to my financial services career, I worked in the hotel industry for 10 years, where I focused on providing an exceptional and comfortable customer experience. I strive to bring this same focus on hospitality to my role every day. I hold the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and a hospitality degree from Nelson & Colne College in Nelson, England.

Getting to know me
I was born in Leicester, England, and came to California in 1993. My husband, Gerald, and I have a daughter, Yaz, and we live in Scripps Ranch with our Australian shepherds, Tucker and Roxi. I spend much of my free time watching my daughter play volleyball for San Jose State, and I also enjoy traveling, cooking, walking my dogs and following Formula 1 racing.

“Maya Angelou once said, ‘At the end of the day, people won't remember what you said or did, they will remember how you made them feel.’ This very accurately describes my commitment to clients. If they ask me for something, they can consider it done—and hopefully feel a bit less stressed about managing their financial lives.”

My goal is to provide an exceptional and transparent experience to clients as they work with us.
