Nick is a Managing Director in UBS's Private Wealth Management division where he works with entrepreneurs focusing on critical wealth management opportunities such as strategic planning, tax planning, estate planning and legacy planning for their business. He has guided numerous entrepreneurs through this process.
Nick graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Economics. He is a Certified Portfolio Manager® which was awarded to him by The Academy of Certified Portfolio Managers at Columbia University, which designates an expertise in technical and quantitative analysis.

Missy seeks to be the go-to person who her clients can depend on for their financial needs. She works with them to define their current and future goals, as well as the legacy they wish to leave to their children. She helps private business owners plan for a sale or succession with a strategy that seeks to maximize their years of hard work. She draws on her decades of experience to coordinate estate and tax plans with her clients’ team of professionals.
In addition to her deep financial knowledge, Missy takes pride in her ability to relieve burdens for her clients. She created a concierge service model for her team long before it became an industry best practice. Much like a family office, Missy and her colleagues are the “go to” people whom clients call for financial requests, as well as for questions that have nothing to do with investing. When clients aren’t sure who to ask, they ask Missy.
Missy has spent her entire career in the financial services industry, starting at EF Hutton immediately after college. Worth finds financial markets fascinating, and loves the challenge that investing provides on a daily basis. He leverages his advanced training and his genuine interest to build investment portfolios designed to help achieve his clients’ goals.
With the other members of his team, Worth seeks to help guide business owners through the process of a sale or succession. Well in advance of a transition, they provide resources and insights, making introductions to investment bankers and other key professionals. Worth and his team members also use their financial planning knowledge to help clients create strategies that focus on estate, tax and liability management. Once the liquidity event has occurred and the business owners become formal clients, Worth provides high-touch personal service, institutional-quality investment management and complex wealth transfer strategies.
Worth became interested in markets and investing at a young age, when he and his father used to follow stocks together. After studying business in college, he realized that he could turn his passion into a career. Because he also loves helping people, the financial services industry checked all the boxes and was a natural fit for him.

Jennifer was born and raised in South Florida and has grown up a fan of the Marlins, Heat and Dolphins. She enjoys country music and traveling.
Giuliana has been a member of the Constellation Wealth Management team since 2011. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master’s degree in International Business from Nova Southeastern University. She is Series 7 and Series 66 licensed. She also has her Life, Health and Variable Annuity Insurance licenses.
Giuliana is responsible for analytical reporting and insurance matters. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Giuliana grew up in south Florida and resides in Pembroke Pines with her fiancé, Brian and daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach and traveling.
Janine has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 licensed. Janine primarily supports Nick Sadowsky out of our Boca Raton office. She is responsible for operational and service-related aspects within the Constellation Wealth Management team.
Janine graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ithaca College. Janine is a native New Yorker and moved to South Florida in 2001. She remains loyal to her New York roots and continues to cheer on the Yankees, Giants and Rangers. Janine is married; she and her wife Debbie reside in Boynton Beach, FL.
