Danilo Lacayo is a Senior Vice President and International Private Wealth Advisor (IPWA) at UBS in Coral Gables, where he helps high and ultra high net worth families, and institutions manage wealth with clarity and confidence. As an IPWA, Danilo is part of a select group of UBS advisors recognized for their expertise in serving international high net worth clients with complex cross-border needs. This designation reflects his ability to deliver tailored strategies that align with global financial goals, regulatory environments, and multi-jurisdictional planning. Danilo also holds the designation of Senior Portfolio Manager – in this role he constructs and manages discretionary investment portfolios, applying advanced asset allocation and risk management techniques to help clients preserve and grow their wealth.

With over 20 years of experience in banking, consulting, and wealth management, Danilo provides strategies to build, preserve, and transfer wealth across generations. He joined UBS in 2007 and has guided clients through dynamic markets with personalized advice. His earlier career includes serving as Southern Cone Sales Manager for BankBoston’s International Wealth Management division (later Bank of America) and as a Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising Fortune 500 companies on financial strategies in the US and Latin America primarily.

Danilo holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. He earned the Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management from STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and maintains securities licenses Series 7 and 66, along with Life, Variable, and Annuity Licenses. Fluent in Spanish, he serves a diverse international clientele.

Outside of work, Danilo is active in his community. He has served as an officer of the Harvard Business School Club of South Florida and participates in the Georgetown Club of Miami. He resides in Coral Gables with his wife and son.

Richard P. Kinkade, Jr.  is returning to UBS, where he previously served for 14 years as a Senior Vice President of Investments. Prior to his return, Richard held the position of Managing Director and Senior Wealth Advisor at Strategy Asset Managers, focusing on client expansion in the Southeastern US and Latin America. With his extensive background in international wealth management and portfolio management, Richard brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. His strategic insights and proven track record in client expansion across diverse regions, such as the Southeastern US and Latin America, will enhance the teams' efforts in these markets. Additionally, his leadership experience in managing key regions at BankBoston International Private Bank (later Bank of America after the 2003 merger) signifies his capability to navigate complex financial landscapes, providing our clients with sophisticated and tailored solutions. Richard's fluency in Spanish will also facilitate better communication and deeper relationships with our Spanish-speaking clientele, further strengthening our global outreach

Richard holds a Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has his Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. He earned his M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of Global Management and his B.A. from the University of Arizona.

Richard resides in Coral Gables, Florida, with his wife and two children.

Guadalupe is a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate with 23 years experience in the financial industry and who plays a central role in delivering personalized wealth management strategies for high-net-worth clients. She joined UBS in 2012.

As part of a collaborative team, Guadalupe helps design tailored financial plans that reflect each client’s unique goals, risk tolerance, and long-term vision.

She is deeply involved in building trusted client relationships and identifying investment opportunities that align with individual financial circumstances. Working closely with the Financial Advisors, Guadalupe provides thoughtful recommendations and insights that support informed decision-making.

In addition to her client-facing responsibilities, Guadalupe mentors junior team members and contributes to their development through coaching and performance feedback. She also leverages the firm’s robust platform to craft customized asset allocation strategies, analyze portfolio performance, and deliver business analytics that support sustainable growth.

Born in Panama, Guadalupe enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their two children

With over 27 years of experience in the banking industry, Alexandra Weimann brings a wealth of operational expertise and client service excellence to her role as Senior Client Associate at UBS Financial Services Inc. Since joining UBS in 2010, Alexandra has been a cornerstone of the team, providing daily administrative and operational support across a wide range of functions.

Her career began at ABN Amro Bank NV (1998–2007), followed by Banco Itaú Europa Internacional (2007–2010), before she transitioned to UBS. Alexandra’s responsibilities span onboarding domestic and international clients, managing account documentation, and overseeing the opening and renewal of loan and SBLC accounts. She handles operational transactions including U.S. and foreign wires, internal journals, checks, bill payments, ACATs, and non-ACAT positions. Her role also includes managing client and prospect related onboarding processes as well as being a reliable backup for other team associates, ensuring seamless continuity in daily operations.

Alexandra’s educational journey reflects her global perspective and commitment to continuous learning. She graduated from Lycée Français Paul Valery in 1987 and pursued intensive language studies at Académie de Langues et de Commerce in Geneva, Switzerland. She later studied accounting and Microsoft applications at Bergen Community College in New Jersey (1991–1994), and completed AutoCAD coursework in computer architectural and graphic design at Miami Dade Community College (1998–1999).

Born in Cali, Colombia, Alexandra is fluent in Spanish, English, and French. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and reading, and cherishes time with her two daughters, one dog, and two cats.
