Managing Director Joe Brienza is a Private Wealth Advisor who serves generations of ultra-high-net-worth families. His team, Clarity Advisors, works closely with clients to help deliver an array of wealth solutions including family meeting planning and facilitation, estate planning, multigenerational wealth transfer guidance and integrated investment planning. Joe has extensive experience advising families on bespoke philanthropic strategies and charitable vehicles including charitable trusts, private and public foundations and donor-advised funds.
Joe’s former career in public service prepared him well for his current role working with a diverse group of successful Private Wealth Management clients. From growing their investments to exiting their businesses to helping them leave a legacy for loved ones, Joe draws from the extensive resources of UBS to tailor the right advice and solutions.

Cory has 26 years of experience in the investment industry. This includes serving as a senior institutional investment consultant to Fortune 100 companies, advising some of the world’s largest corporations—including Microsoft, Ford Motor, Hewlett-Packard, Apple and Verizon Communications—on their equity compensation plans, retirement plans and investment strategies. He explains, “This experience shaped my knowledge of asset allocation and investment manager selection, which allows me to assist our team in building recommended investment positioning and evaluating the investment managers in our portfolio strategies.”
He also served as a regional head of an advanced planning group for a major Wall Street investment firm where he was involved in numerous business transactions, complex estate planning situations and exposed to sophisticated tax planning strategies. In addition, Cory has more than two decades of experience advising high net worth individuals and families. He understands how to build, implement and monitor financial and investment plans to improve client outcomes and conveys these plans simply and effectively. He considers it a privilege to help clients prudently grow their wealth and ultimately steward the transition of their capital to subsequent generations. He is passionate about helping others and enjoys mentoring new associates and advisors and serving his community through various volunteer and nonprofit board positions.

Since sixth grade, Aubrey aspired to be a surgeon. However, by the time she graduated from UCLA with a degree in biology, her interest had shifted and she began working at UBS in Irvine, CA, as a Client Service Associate. Today, as a Wealth Strategy Associate with Clarity Advisors in Dallas, Aubrey may not be diagnosing and operating on patients like she had planned, but she is helping people improve their financial health.
When Aubrey first started at UBS, she says she was astounded by how little she had been taught about money and investing throughout her life and even in school. But with the organizational and analytical skills she honed during college, she caught on quickly and realized just how important financial literacy is. Aubrey worked at UBS in Wilmington, NC, where she and her fiancé relocated to support his service in the Marine Corps. They eventually moved to Dallas.
Today, Aubrey is integral to the team’s operations and administration as well as the creation of wealth strategies for their clients. She is grateful to be able to tap into the team’s wealth of knowledge to help educate clients and guide them to a solution.

As Client Associate for Clarity Advisors, a UBS Private Wealth Management team, Payton focuses on building relationships, earning the trust of the team’s clients and their families. Payton manages all aspects of client service, account openings and transfers, and any number of service and account queries. Given the level of wealth and sophistication of the Clarity Advisors’ clientele, her priority is to provide clear solutions for complex situations.
Prior to her position at UBS, Payton worked directly with successful families across Colorado, managing their homes and personal lives. She thrives in an environment where she is juggling many priorities at once. Her background provided her the experience necessary to help families manage their financial lives today, and for generations to follow.
