Frank’s focus is on portfolio management, investment research, relationship management, and new business development. Frank graduated with a B.S. Finance from the West Chester University of Pennsylvania and holds his Series 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses.
In his free time, he is an avid golfer and enjoys exploring and trying new restaurants in Philadelphia.
Nancy is a dedicated client service associate bringing extensive expertise in client relations and financial services. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support to the high-net-worth clients, Nancy plays a crucial role in managing client inquiries, executing transactions, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency.
Driven by a passion for finance and a commitment to client satisfaction, Nancy leverages 14 years of hands-on experience in the financial industry to provide personalized solutions and build lasting client relationships. She began her career at Bank of America/ Merrill Lynch where she held various roles. She was a Financial Center Manager at Bank of America for six years before joining Merrill Lynch as a Wealth Management Banking Specialist, and most recently a Private Wealth Client Associate.

Julie is the Market Executive in our Private Wealth Management business. She is responsible for running the Wealth Management and Private Wealth Management businesses in Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and surrounding areas, as well as the Private Wealth Management business across the Mid Atlantic Market.
Previously, she served as National Sales Manager and led our sales effort for both the Field Sales team and the sales organization. She was responsible for the sales strategy and direction of all field-facing resources both internally and externally to ensure consistency across our sales efforts in how we deliver products and solutions to Financial Advisors and clients.
A 20-year veteran of UBS, Julie was instrumental in launching the UBS Global Family Office Group, a unique offering in the industry serving the needs of UHNW clients and their Advisors. Julie spent five years in the field in key branch roles including the Metro Regional Sales Manager. She also has seven years of experience in our Capital Markets group leading an array of teams and businesses. Additionally, Julie served as the management liaison between the FA Advisory Council and home office, and is a former co-chair for the firm's Diversity Network (All Bar None) in the Americas.
Julie led the efforts to start a 100 Women in Finance location in Philadelphia where she is the Co-chair. She also sits on the board of the Philadelphia Holocaust Remembrance Foundation. She was selected to be one of the Makers@ Community Class of 2020 on behalf of UBS. Julie is also a member of the Philadelphia chapter of CEOs Against Cancer.
Julie played collegiate Division I tennis at Lehigh University. She holds her executive M.B.A. from Fordham University. Julie, her husband Stephen, and sons Mason and Logan live in Villanova, Pennsylvania.

Head of Family Office Solutions
Judy is a Managing Director and Head of Family Office Solutions within Private Wealth Management. The Family Office Solutions (FOS) team was established to holistically serve $100mm+ clients and family offices in partnership with Private Wealth Advisors. Prior to FOS, Judy led the Family Advisory and Philanthropy Services (FAPS) team. The FAPS team serves as thought partners to advisors and their exceptional client families on wealth transitions, family governance, family office strategies, and philanthropy as families seek guidance on cohesive dialogue between generations to perpetuate their legacy. Judy joined UBS in 2008 from Citi Family Office where she was the International Services Manager. Before that, Judy was the Advisor Relations Manager where she was responsible for the Citi Family Office Continuing Professional Development and Designation Program. Prior to Citi, Judy was an analyst for Accolade Partners LP, a fund-to-fund venture capital firm in Washington, DC.
Judy graduated with honors from Drexel University with a degree in information systems and technology and a minor in business administration. She also received her M.B.A. in finance and marketing from New York University. Brian Formento is an Executive Director and Head of Client Solutions and Investment Strategy in Family Office Solutions (FOS). Brian works with Advisors to deliver customized advice to clients of substantial financial wealth and coordinates cross-divisional coverage to ensure UHNW clients and family offices are properly covered by a team comprising relevant FOS specialists.
He also remains a member of the Portfolio Advisory Group specializing in asset allocation and portfolio construction advice for the family office segment, defining risk-based strategies and developing customized investment ideas for the largest clients at UBS. Brian previously was a key member of the Private Wealth Management Alternatives Advisory Board and Private Wealth Management Family Office Strategy Team.
Prior to UBS, Brian was a Managing Director and senior investment strategist for OTC derivatives and alternatives at Deutsche Bank. He also held senior positions at several private investment advisory firms and was head of proprietary fixed income trading North America and desk head of the primary dealer at Paribas Capital Markets, now BNP Paribas.
Brian graduated magna cum laude and with distinction, receiving a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Boston University. He is a past chair and member of the Economic Department's Board of Advisors for the college and graduate school.
