Charlton began his career in 2001, during one of the most tumultuous times in our country's history. Yet despite the terrible events on 9/11, & the financial crisis of 2008, he has helped clients manage their wealth through good times and bad. He joined UBS in 2003, and in 2012 attained the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation.
With his clients, Charlton focuses on comprehensive financial planning, with an emphasis on income during retirement. In addition, he assists with funding college education goals, charitable giving, and estate planning. Charlton is FINRA-registered, and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. He is also licensed for life, accident & health, and variable annuities. Currently, his team manages over $180 million in assets for over 100 families.
Charlton grew up in the Spring/Woodlands area & is a graduate of The John Cooper School. He received his bachelor degree in business from Southwestern University, where he graduated in 2001. Charlton enjoys golf, hunting, and volunteering at his church. He, his wife & children, live in the The Woodlands, TX.
