    Jonathan Galli has over thirty years of experience in the financial services sector, more than 20 of which have been with UBS, where he is a senior portfolio manager leading the Charles River Group. Jon has been a chartered financial analyst (CFA) since 1987, a designation that reflects his deepened knowledge of using the investment management process to help clients meet their financial goals.

     Jon prefers a hands-on management style in order to deliver the best results for clients. He personally structures client portfolios based on individual preferences, focusing on customized asset allocation and securities management in order to help his clients protect and grow their wealth. 

     Jon also provides his clients with an opportunity to "Invest for Impact". This emerging discipline allows clients to incorporate their personal values and concerns into the investment process. For clients who strive to have their financial portfolio aligned with their environmental, social and/or governance ideals, Jon employs a tailored screening process to select investments that reflect both personal and financial priorities.

     Jon earned a degree in Finance from Boston University. He lives in Winchester, Mass. with his wife. They are parents to three grown children and are dedicated to rescuing shelter dogs. When he isn’t with his kids or his canines, Jon likes to cook, ski and golf.

    Ryan specializes in working with business owners and entrepreneurs, with a focus on advising around exit strategies, goals based portfolio allocations following liquidty events, and providing customized cash management solutions.  In addition, he is responsible for implementing customized derivative strategies within client portfolios to mitigate portfolio and market risk within client portfolios.  Finally, he is responsible for advising clients on allocations within Alternative Investments, inclusive of Private Equity, Private Credit, Private Real Estate and hedge funds. 

    Ryan earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Samuel Curtis Johnson School of Management at Cornell University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the State University of New York at Albany.  Ryan is a Certified Financial Planner ™.  He holds his Series 7, 31 and 66 securities designations. 

    Outside the office, Ryan is an avid sports fan and likes to cook and entertain for family and friends, snowboard, work on his nascent golf game, and travel.  Ryan resides in Swampscott, Massachusetts with his wife, Marissa, and their daughter, Teagan.

      Karen is a well-respected financial planner with over 20 years of experience. She develops comprehensive financial plans for high net worth and ultra high net worth families, executives and business owners. Her areas of focus include retirement planning, estate planning, selling a business, risk management, education funding and philanthropy. Karen is meticulous in her planning, so as to help ensure that her clients’ financial assets are protected through risk management and careful positioning. She frequently adjusts plans to account for market dynamics and maintains ongoing communication with her clients to ensure their financial plan is always tailored to their current goals and ambitions.

      Karen began her financial career in 1991 after studying finance at Boston University. She became a Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) professional in 1996 and more recently earned her designation as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor® (CEPA®). Certified in behavioral finance, she is an active member of the Financial Planning Association and the Exit Planning Institute.

      Lauren has eleven years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining UBS, she spent the past six years managing the daily operations of a large wealth management team at Morgan Stanley.  Lauren serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, utilizing her exceptional organizational skills in managing the day to day operations of our business. 

      Lauren earned her Bachelor in Science in International Business from Bridgewater State College. She lives in Scituate, Mass. with her husband, Timothy, and their two children, Henry and Elsie.  Outside of the office, Lauren likes to spend time with family and friends, hang out with her kids and spend time at the beach.
