After a decade long career at Deutsche Bank, Jesse, a Managing Director and Private Wealth Advisor, joined UBS in 2009. His team is focused on goals based financial planning and money management. He leads the planning execution and implementation with his designation as a Senior Portfolio Manager, which allows him to manage both equity and fixed income portfolios on discretion.
For over 25 years, Jesse has a specific focus on servicing publicly-traded companies and its executives. He has earned the designation of Corporate Stock Benefit Consultant, which better positions him to help corporations manage the complexities of equity compensation plan administration by providing flexible service levels, education, and a robust suite of administrative tools and solutions. His highly experienced team also provides a gamut of executive services including 10B5-1 trading plans, Rule 144, and cashless stock option exercise and sales.
He has also received the Family Office Consultant designation (FOC), which highlights his dedication and success in servicing large and complex clients with a minimum net worth of $100 million across their business structures.
Jesse, a black belt in Shaolin Kempo, is an experienced helicopter pilot, and an avid motorcycle rider. He enjoys welding, horseback riding and playing the marimba. He is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), where he earned degrees in biology and economics.

Alex Chivarsky is a Financial Advisor for UBS in Century City. Alex and his team are well known as a valuable resource for corporate executives and have a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges that they face. Alex started his career with UBS in early 2006 as an Investment and Portfolio Analyst specializing in Managed Accounts, Structured Solutions and Alternative Investments. Alex earned his degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Political Theory and Philosophy from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and has earned the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Designation through the Certified Equity Professional Institute at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. Alex was born in Hamburg, Germany and has been living in the United States since 1986. Alex is a classically trained concert pianist , enjoys motorsports and tennis.

Michael has been partnering with clients for 23 years to find solutions for their families’ needs. After graduating from UCLA in 2000 with a degree in Economics, Michael began his career in the industry at PaineWebber working in Operations to learn how its business was run and how to lead a team of professionals of up to 200 direct reports. He has spent most of his 23-year financial services career in the Los Angeles area with UBS Financial Services Inc., teaming with advisors and clients to find innovative solutions for their investment, planning, and service needs.
Michael currently holds his FINRA Series 7, 66, 9 & 10, Health, Accident and Life Insurances licenses. He recently attained his Executive MBA from Loyola Marymount University in May of 2023 to further serve his C-suite clients and their needs.
He is involved in the community partnering with The Los Angeles Urban League, The Fulfillment Fund, LA Works, and The Boys and Girls Club helping young leaders in underserved communities gain access to financial acumen, business, and life skills. He enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including soccer, volleyball, hiking, and attending concerts and sporting events.

Michelle Zyman joins Corporate Financial Group as a Client Service Associate bringing with her a unique set of problem-solving skills acquired through her experiences in the technology industry. Michelle has found a new professional challenge in finance and is excited to apply her expertise. Michelle brings a diverse perspective to our team, as she is a Venezuelan native who immigrated to the United States over 10 years ago.
Michelle is a graduate of Boston University’s computer science program. She began her career as a full-stack engineer for a Miami-based startup, where she honed her technical skills. Over time, Michelle shifted her focus towards artificial intelligence, working on developing innovative models to enhance human computer interaction. In addition to her technical roles, Michelle has experience in education. She served as a regional manager for a tech-oriented after school program, allowing her to pursue her passion for mentoring.
She aims to bring a fresh outlook to problem-solving, leveraging artificial intelligence in financial contexts, and connecting with clients to better understand their needs effectively. Michelle is enthusiastic about merging her tech background with finance and looks forward to making meaningful contributions to the team.
