Jason offers over 17 years in the financial services industry. He began his wealth management career at Smith Barney before joining UBS in 2008. He focuses on developing and executing financial plans. Jason also has experience with equity compensation plans and incorporating corporate benefits such as stock options and restricted stock, into individual financial plans. He holds his Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses, is licensed for annuities and life insurance, and has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation (CFP®).
Charmaine Minard is an Investment Associate and Corporate Stock Benefit Analyst. Charmaine began her career in the financial services industry in 1979 and joined the Callanan Group in 1984. As a long-standing member of The Callanan Group, she is responsible for overseeing the Group's Equity Plan Administration Services corporate client experience. In addition, she specializes in assisting our corporate client's executive management teams with execution services, section 16b/Rule144 insider processing, and Rule 10b5-1 trading plans. She holds Series 3, 7 and 63 securities licenses.
Charmaine lives in Boston with her husband, Peter Chandler. She enjoys island vacations and the company of family and good friends.
Peter is a Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager with UBS Financial Services, Inc. He joined The Callanan Group in 2004 where he has grown his wealth management practice through serving the financial needs of corporate executives and their families. His process is based on time tested principals of wealth planning, investment selection, risk management, and the protection of his clients' wealth for their future heirs.
Peter earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. to professionals that have completed extensive training and experience requirements and are held to rigorous ethical standards. He has also earned the professional designation of Chartered Financial Analysts® (CFA), one of the investment industry's most renowned and difficult designations to achieve for portfolio managers. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society. He holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as, life and long-term care insurance licenses. Peter graduated with honors from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY with a B.S. in Management.
He lives in Hingham, MA with his wife Tori and their two boys, Reid and Jack.
Michael D. Abren joined The Callanan Group in 2001 and serves as a Corporate Stock Benefit Analyst (CBSA). He works closely with equity compensation plan participants on their transactions from the initial phone conversation through the settlement of the trade. Some of Mike's other responsibilities include working with publicly traded companies that are either merging or being acquired to offer transition services to those corporations, their executives and employees. Mike is also involved with the business development aspect for the group. Mike has his Series 7 and 63 licenses and is registered in all U.S. states and territories.
Mike is a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with majors in Finance and Marketing. Mike resides in Norton with his wife, Toni, and their two school age daughters. He is an active member in his town's youth sports programs where he coaches soccer and softball teams.
