Joe has more than 20 years of experience working in the industry and has been a part of the Calao Wealth Management Group at UBS since 2009. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a BA in Speech Communications. Joe specializes in retirement planning for individuals and corporations. He helps corporations develop, administers retirement plans for businesses and their employees, serves as a fiduciary on retirement plans, helps owners integrate their personal, financial and business goals, as well as help them understand how to transition their businesses. Committed to helping his community, Joe supports Rotary International, Waco Symphony, REACH Therapeutic Riding and ROCK, Ride On Center for Kids. He also enjoys cooking, playing golf, exercising, working on his ranch and raising champion dressage horses with his wife, Christine.

Client Associate
Hollee is a graduate of Tarleton State University and received her BS in Psychology. She has four years of experience in the financial industry, previously working as a Lending Assistant. As a Client Service Associate for Calao Wealth Management Group at UBS, Hollee specializes in enhancing client experiences by providing them with day-to-day services. Such services include opening accounts, transferring assets, introducing and familiarizing them to online services and providing notary and medallion signatures. Outside of work, Hollee enjoys photography, raising chickens and ducks and spending time with her husband, Zachary, son, Sutton, and their five dogs.

Client Associate
Natalia joined UBS in 2020, and serves as a Client Service Associate for the Calao Wealth Management Group. In her role, she focuses on providing clients with day-to-day services, including transferring assets, opening accounts, handling client communication, and assisting with online services. When she is not working, Natalia spends her time baking, playing piano, singing, gardening, and serving her church as a member. She attended McLennan Community College where she studied music and vocal performance.
Wealth Strategy Associate
Tim graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Management Information Systems and a BBA in Finance. He has been a part of the Calao Wealth Management Group at UBS since 2019. As a Wealth Strategy Associate, Tim helps research and analyze investments, runs Financial Goal Analysis reports, maintains investment policy statements, creates investment proposals and monitors wealth management portfolios. Dedicated to serving the community, Tim volunteers his time at Caritas of Waco to help fight poverty and food insecurity. He also enjoys beekeeping, playing volleyball and swimming.

Wealth Strategy Associate
Alec returned to the Calao Wealth Management Group at UBS in 2022 after previously working with the team in 2018. In his role, he helps with investment research, servicing corporate retirement plan clients, coordinating with plan providers, and creating Financial Goal Analysis reports. Alec has experience helping small business start or grow their business by providing tailored financing solutions. He attended Covenant College where he earned his degree in History. Outside of work, Alec enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and trying out new restaurants. He is on the board of the Waco Symphony Association and leads their Concerto Circle.

Team Administrator
Sam is a Baylor University graduate and received his BA in American Studies. As a Team Administrator of the Calao Wealth Management Group at UBS, Sam increases operational efficiency for the team, produces videos and podcasts, is heavily involved in the corporate retirement plan business, helps to monitor investment menus, runs quarterly reviews and provides technology support and investment analysis. He has his Series 7 and 66 license which allows him to serve clients by executing transactions and rebalancing portfolios. Sam leads change and serves his community as a member of his Rotary Club. He enjoys traveling with his family, playing golf, reading and following Formula 1 racing and Premier League soccer.
