As a Managing Director and Financial Advisor at UBS since 1983, Andrew has been instrumental in the development and success of The Burish Group.  With almost 40 years of experience in investment and financial consulting, Andy currently oversees a team of over 45 and helps manage over $5.2 billion in client assets.  With his progressive vision and strategic direction, Andy continues to be recognized as one of the Firm's most innovative team leaders.

Committed to education and serving the community, Andy previously served as chairman of the investment committees and foundations at both UW-Whitewater and UW-Eau Claire. 

Andy and his wife, Anna, live in Middleton.  He enjoys downhill skiing, waterskiing and motorcycling.

With a tenure as Andy's business partner since 2000, Jason is currently a Managing Partner and together with Andy has built The Burish Group into one of the country's top wealth management practices. 

With over 25 years of experience in investment and financial consulting, Jason has the knowledge and expertise necessary to understand and solving complex financial challenges as well as identify unique opportunities for clients.  Within the team, Jason helps lead the portfolio management team and oversees the group's investment strategies for the more than $5.2 billion in assets under management.

Jason is an Eagle Scout who sits on the executive board of the Glacier’s Edge Boy Scout Council and also a member of the Henry Vilas Zoological Society Board. Jason enjoys participating in triathlons and is an Ironman Wisconsin 2016 finisher. He resides in Verona, WI with his wife, three sons and their Portuguese Waterdog, Jasper.

An Associate Director at The Burish Group of UBS, Anna has been with UBS Financial Services Inc. since 1994, serving in different branches throughout the U.S., including Los Angeles, Denver, and Chicago. Within the team, Anna serves at Chief Operating Officer and Financial Advisor, overseeing the strategic development of the team while ensuring and raising the level of service our clients have come to expect.

Away from the office, Anna has deeply rooted ties to the community and currently serves on the board for Maydm Inc., is a committee member on the Overture Center’s Equity and Innovation committee and is a finance committee member for Madison Community Foundation. She previously served on many other boards including Board Chair for United Way of Dane County, American Family Children’s Hospital, Domestic Abuse Intervention Services (DAIS), St. Mary's Hospital Foundation and Edgewood Campus School's Board of Directors. Anna has received numerous awards, most recently the 2018 United Women Philanthropy Award.

Anna and her husband, Andy, reside in Middleton, WI. In her free time, she enjoys snow skiing, puzzling, and cooking.

Mike joined The Burish Group in 1999 and serves as First Vice President–Wealth Management. Prior to joining, Mike was employed as a Certified Public Accountant, gaining experience auditing financial institutions, corporations, governmental agencies, as well as preparing taxes for individuals and corporate clients. Mike has been able to build upon this experience to provide holistic wealth management, aligning portfolios with client goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and cash flow needs through various market conditions.

Mike resides in Oregon, WI, with his wife and two children, and enjoys watching his kids sporting events.

As a Financial Advisor at The Burish Group, Judi leads the Financial Planning team and provides holistic wealth management advice to ultra-high net worth clients; helping to coordinate their investment, wealth transfer and philanthropic goals. She also reviews clients’ estate planning documents to ensure they accurately reflect the family’s philosophy, needs and objectives. Judi joined UBS Wealth Management in 2004, in her most recent role she was a Senior Wealth Strategist with the Advanced Planning group. In that role she provided strategic planning advice and education to the firm's wealthiest clients.  Prior to joining UBS, Judi was an Account Manager with the Ayco Company, L.P. (a Goldman Sachs Company).  At Ayco, she provided comprehensive financial planning services to senior executives of Fortune 500 companies. She is a member of the New York Bar, a Certified Financial Planner^TM professional and a Chartered Financial Consultant^®.

Judi serves on Agrace's Planned Giving Advisory Committee, and is a member of the Agrace Foundation Board and The Madison Club Foundation Board.

Having joined The Burish Group as a Financial Advisor in 2004, Adam took a brief hiatus from his role as an advisor to focus on financial planning as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate. In that role, Adam was responsible for developing in-depth financial plans and wealth management strategies for individual clients. He has now returned to his role as a Financial Advisor, where can continue to work on financial plans while also creating meaningful relationships—something he missed in his other role. In addition, he has extensive experience working with employer retirement plans for the committee level as well as working one on one with participants to help enhance their retirement outcome.

Adam is active in nonprofits throughout the community and when he isn’t working on an in-depth financial plan for a client, you may find him on or near the water as an active member of Mad-City Water Ski Team.  In addition, he is a four-time member of the USA Water Ski Show Team.  Adam resides in Mount Horeb with his wife and three children.

As Account Vice President at The Burish Group, Tasha uses a client-centric approach to deliver results and build strong, long-term relationships. She helps clients simplify their financial lives by discovering their unique concerns and working in partnership to create custom strategies to resolve them.

In her previous career in social work, Tasha focused on developing support plans to help her clients position themselves into a stronger financial future, an ideal foundation for her career as a financial advisor. Tasha is FINRA Series 7 and 66 registered and has her life, health, long term care and annuity licenses.

Tasha is an outgoing person who enjoys staying active, a trait she shares with her twin daughters. A former college athlete playing on the Division 1 soccer team at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, she has also enjoyed coaching soccer at the high school level and is currently a member of various USTA tennis teams in the Madison area. In her free time, Tasha, her husband Mike, and their daughters enjoy spending time in Northern Wisconsin as well as boating on the Madison lakes.

Michael joined The Burish Group in 2018 and has been serving clients in the financial services industry for over 22 years.  He has been an Account Vice President with UBS Financial Services Inc. since 2003 and is a CFP^® practitioner, having been awarded the Certified Financial Planner^™ mark from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Michael has also earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC^®) designation from The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.  He resides in Madison, Wisconsin with his wife Anne Marie, and four children.  Outside of work and family, his interests revolve around his children's activities and include coaching youth soccer.

Bob has been a Financial Advisor since 1996, having spent over 13 years at Merrill Lynch before joining UBS. Bob has experience in investments and portfolio construction, serving a wide variety of clients. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in business administration.

Laurie is one of a select group of UBS Financial Advisors who have earned the designation of Wealth Advisor. As a Wealth Advisor, she is qualified to provide highly personalized wealth management services to her clients. Laurie understands that wealth management is more than just the wide range of financial services and solutions you can access at UBS. That is why she offers a customized approach to wealth management, built on a personal relationship and shaped by an understanding of your needs and aspirations. To help manage your wealth, Laurie calls upon the advisory and investment brokerage capabilities of UBS—one of the world’s largest wealth management firms.

Laurie has worked in the financial services industry since 1991 and functions as a Wealth Advisor for her clients and her team. She enjoys making an impact on the families and businesses she services by developing the right strategies to help them pursue their goals.

Bradley has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years in various capacities, working with both individuals and, for over a decade, with some of the most prominent portfolio managers around the country. In 2010, he joined UBS as a Financial Advisor. Brad has a passion for studying the markets and using his knowledge to help individuals and families achieve their financial goals.  In his free time, Brad enjoys family time, fitness, live music and travel. He and his wife and two children are long-time Shorewood, WI residents.  

Greg has been a Financial Advisor since 1991, having spent 15 years at Piper Jaffray, where he was a member of the exclusive VIP Council before joining UBS Financial Services in 2006. With extensive experience in portfolio management, his focus is on risk-adjusted rates of returns for high net worth individuals as well as small-midsize corporations. Greg is very involved in the Midwest's collector car market and lives on Milwaukee's East Side with his wife, Laura, and two daughters, Sophia and Scarlett. He enjoys fitness training and traveling.

Frank Oddo began his career in the Financial Services Industry in 1979 at the Chicago Board of Trade and has been a part of the Atsaves Oddo Financial Group at UBS since 2000. As a former interest rate arbitrage trader, Frank is experienced in handling and managing the various aspects of his clients' portfolios. Frank believes that most investors take excessive risk to achieve their goals and enjoys educating clients about investment strategies. The focus is not only on growing financial assets, but also protecting assets and assuring legacies.

Frank completed the CIMA designation at the University of California-Berkeley in 2004 to provide clients with a higher level of investment analysis. As a result, he understands how to look beyond performance figures to determine whether a manager is truly adding value to a client’s investment program and will help meet the client's financial goals. Frank states the most rewarding part of his life has been to watch his children, Anthony and Monica, grow and achieve many successes in their lives. When out of the office, Frank enjoys travelling with his wife Sian, skiing and cooking.

Chris began his career at UBS in 1998 after spending many years in the futures "pits" at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He welcomes the opportunity to be a trusted advisor in his clients' lives. At age 40, Chris went back to college to become a CFP® Practitioner after he realized that the process of constructing a financial plan is critical for his clients' success in life.

Chris views his work at UBS as a combination of dedication, service and helping clients work toward their goals with a disciplined, strategic approach. He enjoys educating clients, explaining why they own specific investments and how they fit in the overall plan. He is an Alumni Member as well as a Life Member of the Memorial Union. Chris likes visiting Madison, WI to watch football games where he has been a season ticket holder since 1978.

Tom is a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant with more than 30 years of experience working with ERISA Retirement Plans. Tom focuses on optimizing their plan design in order to achieve superior retirement outcomes for their participants. He is a also Certified Investment Management Analyst^® (CIMA^®) and a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist^TM professional.

Tom is part of a select group of approximately 95 Financial Advisors authorized by UBS to provide institutional consulting services. He has been an Institutional consultant since 1987. In his free time, Tom enjoys golf, boating and is an avid snow skier.

Bill joined The Burish Group as a Financial Advisor in early 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Bill had an extensive career in the retail automobile business. For more than 30 years, Bill ran a large multi-dealership organization. As a Vice President-Wealth Management, Bill’s responsibilities include financial and retirement planning and strategies for private clients. In his free time, Bill enjoys aviation, skiing, automobiles and spending time with his wife and three sons.

Ben Majewski joined the firm in February 2000.  He began his career working in the analyst department for a number of years before transitioning into the Team Business Manager role.  As Team Business Manager, he is responsible for financial reporting, strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the team.

Ben lives in Cottage Grove with his with wife and their two children.  In his spare time Ben can be found spending time with his family, watching his son’s sporting events, and playing golf.

One of the more tenured team members, Tim joined The Burish Group in 1999. Tim's primary responsibility is to lead the portfolio management team, focusing on capital markets, market trends, asset allocation, and portfolio design. He is also responsible for creating and managing customized investment portfolios to reflect a client's unique needs, time horizons, and priorities, including cash flow needs, wealth transfer, estate and tax planning. Tim interned at The Burish Group and now supervises and educates the current intern team.  His certifications include Chartered Financial Analyst^®, Certified Investment Management Analyst^® and Certified Financial Planner^®.  

Tim lives with his wife and two children in Oregon, WI.  He enjoys coaching kids sports and rooting for the Packers, Brewers and Bucks. He also enjoys playing golf in his spare time. 

As Team Marketing Manager, Carson is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the organization's strategic marketing and advertising initiatives to drive new business development. In addition, she helps manage and operate The Burish Group Partner Network - a network of strategic partnerships with other UBS Advisors and Teams in the greater Milwaukee and Chicago areas.

Carson recently received her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She joined The Burish Group in 2014 after graduating from Edgewood College (Madison, WI) with a Bachelor of Science in business management. She is passionate about giving back to the community and has gratefully served on Clean Lakes Alliance Friends of Clean Lakes Board, as well as LINC, a young professional board for United Way of Dane County. Currently, Carson serves on YPAC (Young Professional Advisory Council) for The First Tee of South Central Wisconsin and chairs the marketing committee. In her free time, she enjoys golf, traveling, and live music.

Emma joined The Burish Group in 2006 as an intern and became a full time staff member in 2008. Currently, as a Planning Specialist, Emma collaborates with the planning team to incorporate financial planning as part of our holistic wealth management process. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting. Emma holds both the Certified Financial Planner™ certification and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist^SM designation.

Deb has been working in the finance industry for over 35 years and started with UBS in 2000 joining The Burish Group in 2006 as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate working closely with Jason Maas. Deb brings a vast array of experience to the team, ranging from management to institutional trading, as well as a background in real estate and credit. She studied at Edgewood College in Madison, WI, Central Texas College in Okinawa, Japan, and Palomar College in San Marcos, CA. 

In her free time, she enjoys wonderful adventures with her family (which includes 4 amazing grandchildren!), engaging in a variety of outdoor activities, spending time on the family farm, and being involved in her community.

Anne is currently a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate and has been working in the finance industry for 20 years and joined The Burish Group in 2010. Anne started her career working for MetLife/New England Securities from 1999-2010, holding positions as Financial Advisor and Operation Manager.  As a result, she is well qualified to support Andy Burish directly in achieving both the goals of The Burish Group and the individual client.  She is also extremely dedicated to creating a positive client experience. Outside of work Anne enjoys snowmobiling, gardening and volunteering.  She is currently volunteering as a Secure Futures Volunteer Instructor teaching high school kids basic life finance skills such as checking, budgeting and credit.  Anne attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

With over 13 years of experience in the financial industry, Earl joined The Burish Group in 2012.  Earl works closely with the advisors and team to provide make the investment process as smooth as possible all while building relationships with clients by anticipating their needs, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. 

Earl holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® designation. He lives in Verona with his wife Gina and three children:  Colin, Erin and Eli.  Outside of the office Earl is active in his community and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Steve began working for The Burish Group in 2006 as an intern.  He currently manages all things data/database and IT related issues for the entire team.  In addition, he assists Carson with the marketing strategy and events as well as assists Ben with the team's strategic and tactical objectives.  Steve holds a bachelor of science degree from Edgewood College in finance and marketing.  He also has his Series 7 and 66 security licenses.

Steve lives in Lodi, WI with his wife and two children.  He enjoys spending time with his family, watching all Wisconsin sports, and playing basketball or golf in his free time.

Jen has been working in the finance and banking industry since 2002, joining The Burish Group in 2005 as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate.  Jen delivers exemplary client service with an impeccable attention to detail and enthusiasm for exceeding clients' expectations. She works closely with the team to respond to client service requests swiftly and accurately. 

Outside of work it might be difficult to find Jen without a book in her hand, but she also does love to spend time with her niece and nephew as well as attend concerts with her husband.  She also likes to practice yoga as much as she can.

Prior to beginning her career at UBS, Melissa was a retirement plan supervisor at Prudential where she obtained an array of knowledge about the financial services industry with an emphasis on retirement. As a registered client service associate at UBS, Melissa handles a portion of the administrative duties for team and serves as our team's Lead Client Service Associate.

Melissa currently resides in Madison, WI and is currently involved in volunteer projects and she enjoys playing volleyball and spending time outdoors.

Dylan was an intern with UBS since February 2019 before joining The Burish Group as a Client Service Associate in September 2020. Dylan helps cover administrative duties as well as Client Service Associate duties. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019 with a degree in agricultural business management, and has since then been working toward an M.B.A. at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

He is a Lodi, Wisconsin native, but currently resides in downtown Madison. In his free time he enjoys fishing, hiking, golfing, and following various sports teams.

Louis joined The Burish Group as a Client Service Associate in March of 2021. Louis enjoys volunteering, and it has brought him good fortune in the form of his wife, Paisley – a Madison native, whom he met while volunteering with their church’s children’s ministry. After completing a year of AmeriCorps with an Atlanta-based nonprofit in 2017, Louis relocated to Madison to be nearer to family.

Now a proud Wisconsinite, from dairy to ball games, Louis lives on Madison’s west side with his wife, Paisley, and their sweet black cat, Betty. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, spending time with family, and trying to revive his talents in creative writing. 

Diane has been with UBS for over 15 years. Prior to working in private wealth management, she worked in banking.  She holds her 7, 66 and Wisconsin insurance licenses, as well as the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California.  Diane lives in Brookfield with her husband, son and daughter.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking and yoga.

Jack started with The Burish Group as a finance intern in August of 2021, before transitioning to a full-time position.  He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, and Banking and a Certificate in Accounting.

Jack is a native of Mound, MN, but has lived in Madison, WI since 2018 when he first began attending university.  In his free time he enjoys hunting, spending time on the lake, playing basketball, and following Minnesota sports teams.

Originally from La Crosse, WI Parker found himself in Madison graduating from Edgewood college in 2019 with a degree in Finance and Economics. During his time at Edgewood, he was an intern with The Burish Group. Upon graduating, and at end of his internship, he went into consumer banking with the intention to return to the wealth management field and found his way back to The Burish Group and UBS. In his free time he loves to be active with either working out, playing tennis or just being around friends and family.

Ryan joined The Burish Group in 2010 as a Wealth Strategy Associate.  Ryan is an integral part of the analytics team, making portfolio recommendations based on the individual client's needs while maintaining and monitoring the risk level for each portfolio.  He also performs research on a variety of assets, including alternative investments, exchange traded funds, mutual funds, stocks and bonds.  Additionally he is responsible for monitoring performance and executing trades within client accounts.

Ryan enjoys visiting his family in Wausau, is active in volunteering and enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Terra, and cat, Sushi.

Hans worked as an intern for The Burish Group prior to graduating from Purdue with a degree in Engineering with a minor in Finance. Post-graduation, Hans secured a position with Schlumberger in Houston, TX, as a Procurement Specialist. While Hans enjoyed his position, he wanted to return to WI to be closer to family. He joined our team in April of 2018.

Hans enjoys all sports and follows all Wisconsin teams, although he does have a conflict of interest when the Badgers play his Boilermakers. He enjoys spending time Up North at his family cabin snowmobiling, ATVing, or relaxing on the lake.

Ivy began her career at UBS in 2002 as an intern with The Burish Group. She joined UBS full-time in 2006 working at Corporate Headquarters as a Compliance Examiner, and returned to The Burish Group in 2011 as a full-time Senior Client Service Associate. Within the group, Ivy currently serves as a member of the business and administration team as well as travel coordinator for the office.

Kara Deans started at UBS in 1993 and joined The Burish Group in 2003. Kara plays an incredibly important role on our team. She is responsible for all of our clients' Required Minimum Distributions (RMD) on IRA accounts and all recurring funds distributions that occur each month.

Kara has four children and owns and operates a 220 cow dairy farm with her husband, Dan, and her son Damian. The operation has four Lely robots for milking and Kara cares for 36-48 calves twice daily.

Naomi joined The Burish Group as a Client Service Associate in 2011 after a several year hiatus to raise her four children. Naomi started her career at UW Credit Union where she ultimately became an  Assistant VP of Personnel and Training. After 10 years at UW Credit Union she moved to California where she held positions at Wells Fargo as an Assistant VP Branch Manager and Corporate Trainer for an additional eight years. 

After putting her career on hold to raise her kids, she was able to return to work when her family moved back to Wisconsin 23 years later.  Her wealth of experience and knowledge in the banking and finance along with her exceptional service skills have made her the perfect "face" of The Burish Group.  Naomi takes great pride in developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with our clients and strives to help guide the team in making the client experience as smooth as possible.  

Naomi and her husband have two daughters that recently graduated from college and two currently attending college. Although she enjoyed the opportunity to have a house full of kids, she is looking forward to finding time for traveling with her husband, gardening, volunteering and pursing new hobbies.

Mandy joined The Burish Group as an Event Specialist in 2018 after taking time off to raise her two children. Mandy brings her event expertise to the team after having spent time part of her career as an Event Coordinator at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center. As an Event Coordinator, she planned a variety of events including meetings, conventions, trade shows and special events.  Before the Monona Terrace, she worked in hotel management with The North Central Group in Madison. She continues to work for IRONMAN Wisconsin, coordinating volunteer efforts for both Wisconsin races. 

Mandy resides in Sun Prairie with her husband Tim and two daughters. Outside of work and family, her interests revolve around being active. She is an avid runner and enjoys the sport of triathlon.

Katie joined The Burish Group in October 2019 to assist the marketing team. Prior to joining our team, Katie was a marketing intern at Eppstein Uhen Architects. As a student, Katie was involved in intramural volleyball and the financial occupations club for university students.

Katie is a native of Brookfield, WI and has lived in Madison, WI since she first began attending university in 2014. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her yellow labrador retriever, Jim.

Becky joined UBS in September of 2018 as a Client Service Associate.  She brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry beginning in New York City at Instinet Corporation overseeing the commission management team and working closely with institutional clients. Becky then switched focus, pursuing her passion to work directly with individuals as a registered client service associate at H&R Block Financial Advisors and more recently as a para planner at DE Hollander & Janse Financial Group in South Carolina. While there, she earned the Financial Para planner Qualified Professional designation.

Becky currently resides in Waunakee, WI.  She looks forward to future opportunities to connect with her new community,  formerly serving as a volunteer and board member at the Make A Wish Foundation in South Carolina. She enjoys cycling, hiking, travel and spending time with her husband, son and extended family.

Thomas is a 2021 graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in personal finance with an emphasis in financial planning.  During his time at Madison, Thomas explored his interest in the financial planning field through joining multiple student organizations on campus as well as taking part in a summer externship offered through the Financial Planning Association. 

Thomas is well accustomed to the Madison area, growing up in Lodi Wi.  In his free time he enjoys fishing, hiking, skiing and simply just being outside, as well as following various professional sports.

Kevin Noskowiak joined The Burish Group in 2021 after retiring as a CPA and Partner at BDO, formerly Smith & Gesteland. Kevin served as a CPA at Smith & Gesteland/BDO for 23 years. Coming out of retirement to join The Burish Group, he is responsible for building the team's network of professional advisors to further deliver a holistic wealth management experience for our clients. In his free time, Kevin enjoys golfing and spending time up north. 

Samantha joined The Burish Group in 2022 to assist the marketing team. She is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Marketing. As a student, she was involved in marketing related organizations, like American Marketing Association, and spent time organizing fundraisers for the American Cancer Society.

Samantha is well accustomed to the Madison area, growing up in Waunakee, WI. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, working out, and watching Wisconsin sporting event. On Wisconsin! 

Mary is a Registered Client Service Associate and graduated from University of Wisconsin-River Falls with Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Economics and a multidisciplinary emphasis in Finance and Accounting. She joined The Burish Group in 2022 and brings more than 18 years of client focused relationship experience in the financial services industry. Mary has been dedicated throughout her career to overseeing clients and their families' financial success and is committed to delivering a high standard of care for our clients and their families.

On the personal side, family is important to Mary. She is a very proud Auntie to nine children who she sees or talks to often; even though some are not local, they know that Auntie Mary loves them the most.  She also is an honorary auntie to many of her friends' children.

In her spare time, Mary enjoys watching football, running, cross-fit, swimming/beach, doing puzzles, playing cards and board games.
