Knowing clients. Serving needs. Changing lives.
With more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ruse is passionate about truly making a difference in the financial lives of his clients. He has a unique perspective on the importance of knowing clients and serving their needs—a perspective learned at an early age from his father Britt, a former senior bank executive and current member of the Brown Flaming Roulston Wealth Management Group.
Ruse strongly believes that wealth management requires a holistic approach and an understanding of each individual’s unique situation. He cares deeply about his clients and takes his responsibility seriously to help change their financial lives for the better—for generations to come.
Experienced in finance. Recognized for excellence.
Prior to joining UBS in 2008, Ruse was a commercial loan underwriter at Fidelity Bank, learning the analytical part of investments, specifically risk mitigation, balance sheet and cash flow reviews and projections. He earned his B.A. in business administration from Wichita State University and holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as the state life, accident and health insurance licenses. Focused on banking, lending and the younger generation, he’s also a Portfolio Manager in the UBS Portfolio Management Program—providing discretionary management of investment portfolios and tailoring solutions to specific client needs.
Life outside work
Ruse and his wife, Jennifer, live in Wichita and have two children, Bennett and Nora. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing and spending time with family.

An early start in financial services
Bryce developed a passion for the equity markets and trading after being introduced to the industry by his advisor at Tabor College. He became licensed as a financial advisor while still a senior and working as an intern at Firm One (owned by Garvey Industries). After graduating from Tabor with a B.A. in business administration in 1988, Bryce went to work as a financial advisor full time, joining UBS in 2006. Bryce holds the Series 7, 9, 63 and 66 securities licenses as well as the state life, accident and health insurance licenses.

Planning for a lifetime of security
With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Thomas joined UBS in 2009. To help clients feel more secure about their future, he primarily focuses on funding retirement income as well as risk management. Thomas also has a passion for educating clients on the fundamentals of investing, making sure they understand portfolio construction and performance.
He is a Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM and has earned the Series 3, 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses along with the state life, accident and health insurance licenses.
A career of meeting goals
Thomas came to Wichita in 1980 as a professional hockey player, having developed an interest in investing because of the success of his career. He stayed, however, due to his love for the community and the city. Thomas’ drive as a professional athlete is still at work today in his role as a Financial Advisor with the Brown Flaming Roulston Wealth Management Group. Despite any obstacle, he is relentless in his pursuit of his clients’ goals and objectives.
Balancing work and life
Originally from Canada, Thomas is active in the Wichita community.
