With more than three decades of experience, Brian has played a central role in the growth and success of Synergy Wealth Consultants at UBS. Brian focuses on delivering highly customized wealth management strategies for a select group of high-net-worth clients, including business owners, corporate executives, and multi-generational families. His holistic approach addresses wealth preservation, alternative investments, generational wealth transfer, and the oversight of direct investments, all tailored to clients’ long-term goals.
Prior to his current role, Brian held senior positions at Morgan Stanley and UBS. He now serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Vice President of Investments at UBS and is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business Financial Advisory Program.
Beyond his professional work, Brian is deeply committed to philanthropy. He serves as a consultant to numerous nonprofit organizations throughout the Tampa Bay area, is a longtime board member of the Florida Dream Center and actively participates in global mission initiatives. He is also passionate about mentoring young professionals. Outside of the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife of 33 years, their three sons, two daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren.
Riley brings with him a strong background in Wealth Management and Financial Planning. He began his tenure with UBS in 2018, interning under his father, Brian Robinson. During this time, Riley pursued a degree in Economics at the University of Central Florida. After graduating in 2021, he spent the next 3 years as a Financial Advisor with UBS out of Charlotte, NC, creating financial plans and aiding clients towards achieving their financial goals. He and his wife, Taylor, have taken a step towards their own goals in moving back to St. Petersburg, FL, where they will welcome their first baby in December.

She prides herself in building strong relationships with clients and creating a highly personalized wealth management experience that goes above and beyond. Ann Marie has worked in the financial services industry since graduating from the University of South Florida in 1999. She received her Master's in Business Administration from Saint Leo University in June 2006. Ann Marie holds her Series 7, 31, 63 and 65 securities licenses and life and annuities insurance licenses. Ann Marie was born and raised in Florida and is very active in the Temple Terrace community, where she has lived for over 35 years. Ann Marie currently sits on the board of the GFWC Junior Women’s Club, Temple Terrace chapter. She also participates in the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk, in support of her mother, who is a breast cancer survivor. She is an avid hockey fan, enjoys spending time with her nieces, going to theme parks, attending concerts and traveling.
Julia is a Client Associate based in Tampa, Florida, where she has been supporting the team since joining as an intern in 2024 and transitioning into a part‑time role in May 2025. She is currently attending St. Petersburg College and plans to transfer to the University of South Florida in August. Julia is also actively preparing to take her Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam in May, further demonstrating her commitment to building a strong foundation in the financial services industry.
Outside of work and academics, Julia brings a competitive and team‑oriented mindset shaped by 12 years of playing volleyball, where she developed discipline, resilience, and collaboration skills that translate into her professional approach. She also enjoys playing pickleball, combining her athletic experience with a passion for staying active and continuously improving. Whether on the court or in the office, Julia’s dedication, energy, and eagerness to learn make her a valued member of the team.
