Paula W. Alcantara has close to 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and Wealth Management.

She started her career at Banco Frances e Brasileiro SA in Brazil as an Account Manager for individual and corporate clients. Later, she worked as a Private Banker at Banco CCF Brazil, ABN Amro Bank, Banco Itaú and Credit Suisse.

In 2011, she joined JP Morgan in São Paulo where she developed her business of Brazilian clients seeking both onshore and offshore investments. She relocated to the United States in 2014 to help on the growth of the offshore Brazil UHNWclient base.

Paula joined UBS International in January 2021 as a Financial Advisor. She is fluent in Portuguese and English.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas and a MBA from Pontificia Universidade Catolica, PUC São Paulo.

Paula is CFP (Certified Financial Planner) in Brazil and is FINRA-registered and holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses.

Marina Castro Monoli has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.

She started her career at Banco Espirito Santo de Investimento in Institutional Sales at the Investment Bank in Lisbon, Portugal. In 2008,she transitioned to Wealth Management where she worked for BB Securities Ltd, a subsidiary of Banco do Brasil in London, UK.

In 2010, she joined JP Morgan Private Bank in the U.S. where she became a specialist in Alternative Investments and also actedas a Client Advisor responsible for building and maintaining relationships with ultra and high net worth Brazilian clients.

She left JP Morgan in 2018 to start in a new position working for Banco Santander in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In her role she was a prospector and specialist in offshore investmentsactively engaged in fundraising assets of ultra and high net worth Brazilian individuals together with the local and offshore bankers for the Santander’s offshore platform.

Marina joined UBS International in November 2020 as a Financial Advisor. She is fluent in Portuguese and English.

She has a degree in Business Administration from Fundacão Armando Alvares Penteado, São Paulo and a Post-graduate degree in Finance from IBMEC Business School, São Paulo.

Marina is FINRA-registered and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.

Karina Vaz Ivkovic is a Finance Professional with over 18 years of experience in Client Services.

She started her career at Banco do Brasil NY office, where she helped individual and institutional clients on the day to day operations of Retail Branch and Corporate Services.In 2005, she joined JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. where she was a Vice-President / Client Service Specialist for the Ultra High Net Worth clients.

Her extensive knowledge and excellence in service resulted in her being awarded with the J.P. Morgan Pierpont Leadership Award.

Karina holds a degree in Journalism from Universidade Federal do Para - UFPA. She is fluent in Portuguese and English, with a good understanding of Spanish.

She is FINRA-registered with Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
