Frank entered the financial services industry in 1978 when he joined UBS. He calls upon his expertise, knowledge and access to the extensive support and available programs at UBS to provide guidance to help clients achieve their financial goals. Experience from being a part of a family business has given Frank insight into the planning and processes necessary to provide financial stability and the ongoing implementation of management tools to achieve financial success.
Supporting the community is an important part of Frank's life. He has served a number of organizations in a variety of capacities. He is past President and Board Member of Lincoln Glen Little League; past President and Emeritus Board Member of the San Jose State University Spartan Foundation; a Heritage Bank of Commerce Board Member, a past member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee of Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County; a member of the Children's Visionary Circle, Ronald McDonald House, Stanford CA; Past event Chairman and current Sponsorship Committee Chairman of the Spring Lamb BBQ to benefit the Ronald McDonald House at Stanford, CA; past member of the Board of Regents and investment Committee of Bellarmine College Preparatory and a member of the Chancellor's Circle of Bellarmine College Preparatory.
Frank lives in the Willow Glen area, with his wife, Susan. They have two children, a daughter Laura, who is married and has two children, and Thomas, who is a partner in the Bisceglia Wealth Management Group. Frank earned a B.S. in industrial management from San Jose State University, and also completed various postgraduate courses in finance and management at Santa Clara University.

Thomas joined UBS in 2009, fulfilling a longtime goal of working with his father and Debbie. He entered the financial services industry in 2002, working as a Bank Credit Analyst and a Home Mortgage Consultant before coming to UBS. With Thomas at UBS, the Bisceglia Wealth Management Group was created. As a part of the team, he specializes in research and product knowledge to provide appropriate investment solutions and comprehensive financial plans to help clients reach their ambitions and goals.
Thomas earned a bachelors degree in economics from the University of Southern California. He participates in various alumni programs and activities for USC and Bellarmine College Preparatory and is a committee member of the Spring Lamb BBQ to benefit Ronald McDonald House. Thomas enjoys fitness, classic cars, sports, music and currently lives with his wife in Campbell, CA.

Debbie began her career in the financial services industry in 1980. She and Frank Bisceglia have worked together since 1985. Debbie uses her many years of experience to attend to the often complex operational details that our sophisticated clients require. She provides responsive and accurate service in all areas. She holds her Series 7, 63, 66, and 24 securities licenses. Debbie's skills have been recognized by her peers both locally and nationally. Debbie was chosen to serve as a coach to other Client Service Associates (CSA's) in our area and to represent our region on the firms CSA Advisory Council. The Council of eleven is chosen from over 2800 CSA's and is a forum to promote best practices in client service and seek solutions to our clients' needs.
A native of the Bay Area, Debbie lives in the Willow Glen area of San Jose. Debbie has a son, Jeremy, who is a Senior Financial Analyst with a local semiconductor company. Debbie enjoys exercise, sports, and traveling with family and friends.
