Rob has been an investor for more than 40 years, advising institutions and families that require experience, sophistication, and the global capabilities of UBS Private Wealth Management. Rob graduated cum laude from Georgetown University in 1982 with an honors degree in Finance. While at Georgetown, he worked for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives (1979-1981) on their legislative staff. Rob previously held his CIMA® (Certified Investment Management Analyst®), which he earned from the Wharton School of Business in 1988.
Prior to merging his practice in 2019, Rob founded and led one of UBS’ top institutional consulting teams advising on over $5 billion in assets with a focus on foundations, endowments, healthcare, and insurance companies. Rob is a past president and 25-year member of UBS’ Institutional Consulting Advisory Committee. In 2014, he was appointed to the UBS Financial Advisor Advisory Council (FAAC) and served as its Co-Chair in 2016. The FAAC, a select group of 14 Financial Advisors who represent all UBS Advisors, addresses the critical issues pertinent to ensuring excellent client service.
In addition to his professional career, Rob is committed to serving his community. He currently serves on the University of Texas Chancellor's Council Executive Committee and previously served as a board member for the Trinity Episcopal School and the Metropolitan Area Committee. Prior to his move to Houston, Rob was a founding member of the Young Leadership Council and its third President.
Originally from New Orleans, Rob, Elisabeth and their two children, Reese and Will, moved to Houston in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina. They have made Houston their home and reside in River Oaks. They are devoted world travelers and sports enthusiasts, cherishing time with family and friends the most. Rob is a member of River Oaks Country Club, the Maroon Creek Club, and the New Orleans Lawn Tennis Club and is an avid tennis player and wine enthusiast.

Hal Tabb has been an investment representative for over twenty six years and a First Vice President of Investments and Senior Institutional Consultant with the UBS Institutional Consulting Group in New Orleans. Hal has a Masters of Business Administration from the AB Freeman Graduate School of Business and a Bachelors of Science degree from Tulane University. He earned his CIMA designation in 2003 from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming an advisor, Mr. Tabb was an owner/managing partner in a multi-million dollar business with offices throughout the Southeast. Mr. Tabb sold his interest in 1991.

Senior Registered Client Associate
Christine has been with UBS’ Institutional Consulting Team since joining UBS in 2010. Her primary duties include servicing the team’s institutional clients with performance reviews, manager searches, asset allocation studies, and risk management. She started her career in 1987 with a subsidiary of AON Corporation working with COBRA applications, and processing 401k and ESOP Plans and later worked at ADP Retirement Services where she was responsible for project management and client satisfaction for client 401k plans with assets more than $25 million dollars. A graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, IL, Christine earned a B.A. in Finance. She holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Outside of work, Christine enjoys hiking and fishing with her husband Cliff and their two grown children. She serves as a director with Louisiana Folk Roots, promoting camps for children and adults which offer the opportunity to learn from gifted Louisiana folk musicians/instructors about the music, language, and traditions of Creole culture.

Sharon has been with the UBS Institutional Consulting Team in New Orleans since 2005 and has over 35 years investment and client service experience. Prior to joining our team, Sharon was with Legg Mason. She is Series 7, 63 and 66 licensed. She assists our institutional clients with billing, statements, allocation adjustments and general inquiries.
