Nancy is a Senior Vice President in the Warren, NJ office. She has been providing financial guidance and investment advice since 1984 after graduating from American University in Washington, D.C. Her long-term client relationships have spanned market cycles and generations.  Along with her team, she delivers a comprehensive approach to wealth management by assessing all financial dynamics and crafting a plan to address each client's individual situation. This encompasses the management of investments, risk, insurance, retirement and other goals, including cash and credit management. Investment vehicles include stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs and other long- and short-term investments suited to achieve overall objectives.

Nancy has been following the market, learning about stocks, bonds and options since she was a child, from her father, and is pleased to have turned her passion into an avenue to help others with their financial needs.

Jonathan began his career at Dahlman Rose & Co., a mid-sized Investment Bank in New York, where he reported directly to the Co-founder & CEO.  In 2011, after the Investment Bank was sold to a private equity firm, Jonathan was asked by the CEO to join him to manage a new venture in private finance.  Jonathan spent the next 5 years managing the operations, finances and investment portfolio of the family office along with several subsidiary companies including an Investor Relations firm, a FINRA licensed Broker Dealer and a Real Estate Development Company. After this successful venture, he decided to take his passion for finance and investments to work as an advisor helping others.

Jonathan attended Hofstra University on an Academic Scholarship and graduated with a B.B.A. with a concentration in Accounting & Legal Studies.  While attending Hofstra, he was a Division I Varsity wrestler on their nationally-ranked team. Jonathan enjoys free time with his family, highlighted by his wife , son & daughter and resides in Millburn, NJ.

Marsha is a Registered Client Service Associate, with over 25 years in the financial services industry. She is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in Marketing. Marsha handles all administrative functions and is committed to providing clients with an exceptional experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and prompt response to administrative issues. Marsha is highly qualified and experienced to handle all administrative, day-to-day and financial operations with personal care. Often the first point of contact, she manages the Bernstein Rothman Group's clients' wide breadth of daily needs, ranging from opening accounts, reviewing statements and assisting with online account access. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading and yoga. She resides in Somerset, New Jersey with her husband, James and their daughters Jasmine, Joi and Jade.
