Ernie has been providing individuals, families, and businesses with comprehensive wealth management and investment solutions for over two decades. He employs a disciplined and holistic approach of analyzing cash flows and risk tolerances to construct individualized and tailored portfolios that suit specific needs. Ernie also provides extensive knowledge in retirement and legacy planning, as well as financing strategies and options.
Ernie spent 12 years with Merrill Lynch and 4 years with Morgan Stanley before joining UBS in 2014. Ernie is proud to provide our clients with the extensive research and wealth management solutions that UBS has to offer.
Ernie resides in Oakland, NJ with his wife Tracy, and daughters Ava and Olivia.

Stephen is a Senior Portfolio Manager and partner of Axis Wealth Partners at UBS with over 25 years of experience providing high-level customized investment advice. He is responsible for risk assessment, financial planning and wealth management. With a disciplined and well-defined process, he coordinated with his team of professional advisors to provide an all-encompassing comprehensive wealth management plan for his clients.
Stephen understands that his clients are in different stages of life and plans financial security based on each individual or family need. His strong sense of strategic planning and integrity stem from his years of service in the military as a Squad Leader in the United States Army Special Operations Command. He received his Certified Portfolio Manager Designation from the prestigious Columbia University.
Having a strong sense of community, Stephen is an advocate of giving back through local charities, school events and coaching his children’s sports teams. He volunteers as a Military Veteran Mentor with the American Corporate Partners and also sits on the Board of Directors for The Academy of Certified Portfolio Managers. Stephen loves the outdoors and is an avid athlete. He enjoys skiing, hiking, scuba diving, golfing and travelling. He lives in NJ with his wife Jennifer and their three children, Matthew, Isabella and Victoria.

For nearly 28 years, John has been committed to providing holistic financial planning and portfolio management based on a true understanding of his client’s risk, goals and dreams. He began his career in banking as a lending officer and branch manager. He moved into the brokerage business and became a financial advisor because of his dedication to bringing value to clients. His enthusiasm for the markets, financial planning and providing relevant guidance has really made an impact in his client’s lives.
Having joined UBS in 2014, John focuses primarily on active portfolio management through the UBS Portfolio Management Program (PMP).
John earned his degree in finance and marketing from Iona College. He is active in raising money for children’s cancer and with the Bergen Catholic School alumni organization. He and his wife, Claudine, have a daughter, Catrina. Outside of work, John is dedicated to his family and enjoys autos, fishing and spending time at the Jersey Shore.

DeAnn Cavagnaro has nearly two decades of financial services experience. She focuses on creating comprehensive financial plans for high net-worth clients and multi generations.
As a Portfolio Manager, she is dedicated to adding value to her clients and is focused on providing a holistic approach to financial planning. Deann helps her clients make decisions using a hands on approach that allows them to really feel they are keeping a sound and sensible eye on their money.
Having joined UBS in 2016, DeAnn focuses on active management and education. In her continuous strive to stay current and understand new trends, she recently graduated with a UBS Wealth Advisor designation. This achievement represents a certification that assists her in addressing complex client needs using a vast array of wealth management tools.
DeAnn attended Ramapo College and studied abroad at Urbino University in Italy, where she studied International Business and Italian. She is extremely active in her community, church and charities. DeAnn has taught CCD, coached her children’s sports, and was the treasurer on the High School Board. She enjoys the outdoors, fitness, baseball , and watching her children’s sporting events. DeAnn lives in NJ with her husband Barry and their two children, Christian and Juliet.

Barry Cavagnaro has over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. Barry works with affluent clientele to first understand their wealth and all of its potential. This enables him to help clients successfully manage both the uncertainty and the opportunity of the constantly evolving financial landscape. Barry is a graduate of Hofstra University and is proud to have played briefly for the New York Jets. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth baseball, sports and cheering on his beloved New York Yankees. Barry and his wife DeAnn have two children, Christian and Juliet, and currently reside in Wyckoff, New Jersey.

Melissa Lovell has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Melissa works with affluent clientele to first understand their needs and goals. She focuses on creating comprehensive financial plans for high net-worth clients and their families. She is a graduate of The University of Dayton where she studied business and history. Melissa is active in her community as a girl scout board member for local troops, a member of PTO, and active in many local charities. Melissa has twin daughters, Lilyanna and Elizabeth, and currently resides in Edgewater, New Jersey.

Senior Wealth Strategy Associate
James has over 18 years of financial industry experience. He joined UBS in 2014 after more than 10 years as part of a wealth management team, with Ernie Kloock, at Merrill Lynch. James works closely with Ernie, managing client relations including investment oversight and monitoring risk, as well as assisting with other various wealth management solutions.
James graduated with a degree in Finance and Economics from Syracuse University in 2004. He also went on to attain his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor License in 2008.

Bruce Orenstein has been a financial advisor for over 3 decades, initially with Merrill Lynch and currently UBS Financial Services. After graduating college, he taught in the NYC public school system, developed curriculum there and wrote proposals for federal, state and foundation grants before moving into financial services to follow his first career choice -- the financial markets.
Bruce has a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Supervision from St. John’s University, an M.A. and B.A. in Secondary Education from Iona University and SUNY New Paltz, respectively, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
He has taught as an Adjunct Professor, Finance, at St. Thomas Aquinas College, Sparkill, N.Y.
In his spare time he enjoys travel, golf and always learning about the financial marketplaces.
