Allen and his team focus on serving private clients with more than $5,000,000 in investable assets. His clients include private equity principals, senior executives and successful entrepreneurs. His 31 years of experience have given him tremendous insight regarding the processes that can add value to families.
He received a B.A. in Business and English from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan, is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA) professional and also holds a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation from the College of Financial Planning. Additionally, Allen holds Series 3, 7, 8, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
Allen is involved with and supports many Chicago charitable organizations, including The Chicago Hope Academy, Misericordia, The Illinois Holocaust Museum, the Knights of Columbus, the Max McGraw Foundation, OUR Rescue and others. He is also a member of The Order of St. John, The Society of Colonial Wars, the Sons of the American Revolution, the University Club of Chicago and the River Bend Gun Club. He is a competitive sailboat racer, squash player, sport shooter and devotee of all things outdoors. Allen and his wife, Mary, have three beautiful children and one grandchild.

Don is a 43 year veteran of the Financial Services Industry focused on developing customized Wealth Management Solutions for both individuals and businesses. His areas of expertise include portfolio construction, portfolio management and alternative investments. He excels at working with his clients' objectives and making adjustments for lifestyle and economic changes. He is committed to putting the needs of his clients first to help them maximize their portfolio value.
Don holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation and has a degree in business from Western Illinois University. He holds Series 3, 5, 7, 15, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
He resides in Chicago and enjoys music, sports, cycling, running, and participating in the many different events that Chicago has to offer. He has two wonderful grown children and four amazing grandkids. He is further active in his community through civic and charitable organizations.

Judy has spent over 25 years in the financial services industry with UBS. Her long tenure in the industry has given her perspective on how to navigate bull markets, bear markets and recessions. Her main goal is to develop an understanding of what is important to clients both now and long into their futures. Having a deep, personal relationship goes hand in hand with fostering a successful future.
Judy received her bachelor's degree from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She holds her series 3, 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses. Judy has received multiple recognitions as an industry leader.
Judy is active in a range of civic and charitable activities. She enjoys cycling, the arts, and traveling the world. She is based out of Florida but spends her summers in Chicago. She has two wonderful children.

Wealth Strategy Associate
John joined the Berlin, Carter, Dressel Wealth Management Group in 2016 as an intern and transitioned to a full-time Associate in May 2018. He thrives on the daily interactions he has with clients, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring their financial needs are met. John’s responsibilities include organizing various aspects of the team’s operations, managing account maintenance, and assisting in the development of personalized financial plans for clients. He holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and is eager to continue advancing his professional certifications.
John is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago, where he earned dual degrees in Finance and Economics. Since 2019, he has served as an Executive Board Member of the Children’s Research Fund Junior Board at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, where he actively supports pediatric research for children with rare and complex diseases.
Outside of his professional and philanthropic pursuits, John enjoys spending time with friends, checking out the latest Chicago restaurants, supporting local jazz musicians, and indulging his passion for theater.
Dani joined the Berlin, Carter, Dressel Wealth Management Group in June of 2024 as a full time associate. Prior to joining UBS, Dani spent two years at fintech startup, M1 Finance, as a client development associate. Dani's responsibilities currently include managing account maintenance requests, completing daily operational tasks, and helping to execute the financial plans created for clients. She holds her Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses and hopes to expand this list in future.
Dani graduated from Boston University in 2021 with a degree in Business Administration. During her time at BU, she was a member of the Varsity Women's tennis team and was active in the Boston Partners of Education, where she volunteered in local schools.
Dani enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking, trying new restaurants, and running. She ran the 2024 Chicago Marathon for the American Cancer Society in an effort to raise money for cancer research.
