Allen Carter is an Executive Director at UBS, a Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA), a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and a Portfolio Manager. He leads a team of six that focuses on financial planning, investment management and asset allocation for private clients. He is a recognized speaker and author on investment related topics with his most recent work appearing in Luxury Portfolio, The Oak Parker and Chicago Lawyer Magazine. His 30 years of experience with UBS have given him tremendous insight regarding the processes and ideas that can best add value to people, organizations and financial strategies. Allen is also an annual participant in the firm's Recognition Councils.
Allen is involved in many Chicago charitable and community organizations and has served on the Board of Trustees of Marillac St. Vincent Family Services, the Judd Goldman Adaptive Sailing Foundation, and others. He is a UBS sponsored mentor to military veterans through American Corporate Partners and is also an avid supporter of Chicago Hope Academy, Misericordia and Saint Vincent DePaul. Allen is a member of The Vistage Executive Coaching Organization, The University Club of Chicago, The Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation, The Knights of Columbus, The Sons of the American Revolution and The Society of the Colonial Wars. He and his wife, Mary, reside in the Gold Coast and wish their three grown children lived closer. On a personal note, Allen is a fitness devotee, competitive sport shooter, and an enthusiast of all things outdoors.

Don is a 42 year veteran of the Financial Services Industry focused on developing customized Wealth Management Solutions for both individuals and businesses. His areas of expertise include portfolio construction, portfolio management and alternative investments. He excels at working with his clients' objectives and making adjustments for lifestyle and economic changes. He is committed to putting the needs of his clients first to help them maximize their portfolio value.
Don holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and has a degree in business from Western Illinois. He resides in Chicago and enjoys music, sports and participating in the many different events that Chicago has to offer. He is further active in his community through civic and charitable organizations.

Judy Berlin has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, including the last 23 years at UBS. Her long tenure has exposed her to both bull and bear markets fully preparing her to tailor recommendations suitable for each circumstance. Understanding each client's unique worldview, situation and need has been critical to her success as well. Her comprehensive approach ensures that clients have access to advice and guidance as it relates to their entre financial architecture.
Judy is a graduate of The Kelly School of Business at Indiana University. She is blessed with two children, Stephanie and Brett and lives in downtown Chicago. Judy enjoys the arts, cycling and world travel. She is active in a range of civic and charitable activities and her client relationships span the entire country.

Wealth Strategy Associate
John joined the Berlin, Carter, Dressel Wealth Management Group in 2016 as an intern and become a full time Client Service Associate in May 2018. He enjoys the interaction he has on a daily basis with their clients and relationships they have. His responsibilities include organizing different aspects of the team's business, managing account maintenance requests, and developing financial plans for clients. John has earned his Series 7 & 66 licenses, and is looking forward to the next steps in his certifications
John graduated from Loyola University Chicago with dual degrees in Finance and Economics. Since 2019, John has been an Executive Board Member of the Children’s Research Fund Junior Board at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, supporting pediatric research for children with rare and debilitating diseases. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his friends, attending Chicago sport games (Go Cubbies!), supporting local jazz artists, and is an avid lover of all things theatre.
