Ingrid began her career in wealth management in Tokyo, Japan in 2002, after moving from her native Australia to gain experience abroad. The challenge of being outside of her comfort zone taught Ingrid the importance of having a financial strategy. Her desire to learn about different cultures led Ingrid to relocate to Singapore in 2004, where she continued working in wealth management and private banking. In 2018, Ingrid moved to California where she continued her career in wealth management.
Ingrid engages with clients to develop a deep understanding of their goals such as preserving and growing their wealth and taking care of future generations. She creates wealth management strategies for entrepreneurs, business owners, families and individuals, many of whom may be facing retirement or the loss of a loved one, or coming into an inheritance. Ingrid believes one of the greatest benefits in her role as a Financial Advisor is the long-term relationships she develops with her clients. She holds her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, and insurance licenses.
As an active member of her community, Ingrid volunteers at the Belvedere-Tiburon Landmark Society and is involved with other organizations she is passionate about. She lives in Tiburon with her husband, James, and their three Singaporean rescue dogs. They enjoy traveling and are still discovering the United States, which they are proud to call home.
Lina brings over a decade of invaluable experience to the financial services industry, joining Bay Wealth Management in 2012. Growing up, Lina played competitive chess and was ranked among the top 100 women players in the United States. Chess taught her the importance of strategic planning and forward thinking. She applies these skills when working with clients and understands the importance of having a plan and visualizing the complete financial picture. She assists our advisors with client reviews and periodic reviews of portfolio investment strategies and performance.
Lina obtained her Certified Financial Planner™ certification in 2017. She earned a B.S. degree in business administration from San Francisco State University. Lina holds her Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, as well as insurance licenses.
Lina enjoys staying active at the gym and outdoors. She also loves traveling to tropical destinations, experiencing new cultures and adventures.
Since graduating from Dominican University of California in 2019, Olga has been working in the financial services industry. Throughout her college career, she had multiple internships at local investment advisory firms. These experiences led her to realize the value she could bring to people by aiding them in financial literacy and wellness.
More than anything, it was the people-facing aspect of the business that pulled her in. Finances and money are among the leading causes of stress in families, so the ability to assist in putting plans in place to help curb that anxiety is incredibly rewarding for her. Connecting with clients, learning their stories, and seeking to provide outstanding service is her favorite part of the job.
Outside of the office, Olga loves all things health and wellness. It is likely that in her spare time, you’d find her in the gym, boxing studio or on a hike if she is not cooking and testing recipes in her kitchen.

For more than 160 years, UBS has proven its strength and guided clients through a wide range of market opportunities and financial challenges. Time and again, we’ve been tested and proven resilient, and our clients continue to put their trust in us and our wealth management expertise to help them achieve their goals. Today, UBS is stronger than ever.
What’s really important to you—today and for the long term? UBS Wealth Way starts with questions and discussions that can help you organize your financial life into three key dimensions: Liquidity—to help provide cash flow for short-term expenses, Longevity—for longer-term needs and Legacy—for needs that go beyond your own.
UBS Wealth Way is an approach incorporating Liquidity. Longevity. Legacy. strategies that UBS Financial Services Inc. and our Financial Advisors can use to assist clients in exploring and pursuing their wealth management needs and goals over different time frames. This approach is not a promise or guarantee that wealth, or any financial results, can or will be achieved. All investments involve the risk of loss, including the risk of loss of the entire investment. Time frames may vary. Strategies are subject to individual client goals, objectives and suitability.
Consider prioritizing SI portfolio alignment
The sustainability transition is not just driven by policy, as investors and corporations alike are integrating SI into their portfolios and businesses. At UBS, we view a widening breadth of SI vehicles as an opportunity to deepen exposure.
